The lady that took the order was rude to begin and rude through the entire experience. We attempted to use a coupon that was still good and she denied it because she could not find how to do it on the register. Everytime we go here the experience is bad and will no longer be going. Just wondering if others have had similar experiences at this location... my wife and I enjoy Arby's classic roast beef sandwiches but his location serves such a thin sandwich that it's hardly worth ordering. I'm talking about a few thinly sliced layers of roast beef. What makes it even worse, we stop at an Arby's in the Omaha area where the same order yields a sandwich where the roast beef is stacked an inch thick. Unfortunately we aren't in Omaha more often and have continued to try and get a decent sandwich from the Norfolk location. read more

Don't bother trying the new "rib eye" sandwich. Purchased Rib Eye sandwich meal, a basic beef n cheddar, classic mac n chez. The NEW RIB EYE is garbage. Not even remotely anything new the ad on tv, the smell of the meat was disgusting: smelled like old beef that had been stored in the fridge for several days. NOT thinly sliced, over cooked to the point of tough and disgusting. The entire sandwich appeared to be smashed down. No spoon or fork for the mac. The dog was offered the beef and cheddar and he literally pushed it away and attempted to bury it in the car under his blanket. The Rib eye he would not even touch. They have good food, but never doordash. They don't give straws or ketchup. When I went to pick up an order, the manager said loudly 'make sure she gets a straw so I don't get a phone call from her'! Like what the hell?! If you order a drink, it's obvious that they get a straw! I shouldn't have to ask for any! read more

The server that took our order was helpful, kind, and checked to be sure my order was correct, twice. She is awesome! I ordered the #6 sandwich, double, no bun, Cheese and sauce on the side. With a side salad. The sandwich was really good. The salad was not. It was old. It tasted old. The lettuce was browning. My children ordered #6 meals, extra cheese. Their food was as expected. The floor in the dining area was being mopped but was beyond slippery. We all slipped a few times. (yes there were wet floor signs out) The bathrooms were clean and stocked. read more

Generally I enjoy Arby's food and to that end this restaurant is adequate. The reason I gave it 1 star is because this place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I'm really truly surprised the health department doesn't shut this place down. in addition to the filthy interior the exterior needs work too, there are holes and rough spots all over the building and the landscaping looks like someone starting working on it and stopped half way through. I ordered the "loaded Italian" at the drive-thru and when I got home, there was only the meats and cheese on a bun - no lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, etc. etc. When I called to ask about it, I got an answering machine - REALLY? It's now been 30 minutes, and I still have not received a response from anyone about the lack of extras that were supposed to be on the sandwich. I've never had problems with our Arby's (other than their service is usually pretty slow), so this is my first negative experience. read more
