Under new ownership and it totally showed when we stopped in today on our way to see Bert Kreischer in Hershey. The food still came out slow (we ate inside). All the employees were super nice and polite. It was like they were trying to emulate what chic fil a does in politeness and it's a huge change. They had some music playing and the employees all seemed happy. Not really sure what the issue was before but it seems to be solved. We were welcomed when we came in and when we left the guy working the counter thanked us for visiting. I'm a big fan of just the simple courtesies in life. read more

While dining in tonight with family there was some male walking around behind the counter barking orders at workers. He was not very polite at all. Someone yelling and punching his hands making statement's I do not believe should be in any manager's position. Yelling that he's manager and running the show. He had some of the workers very worked up. There was a young lady at the front register and that's who he was really harping on, and she was very well mannered and calm for the way he was talking to her. Some lady was trying to talk to him I'm taking it and he started yelling that he's a grown man and will not be scolded. She then walked out and was on the phone. I sure hope my next visit he is either no longer in a manager's position or fired. He doesn't seem very good for a business to be treating employee's that way. read more

Unfortunately went to this Arby's around 4:30 ordered there new cheese steak,and curly fries,I made a meal out of the curly fries,( The cheese steak was absolutely horrible,I ordered it without peppers and onions,opened it up and sure enough guess what was on it,Besides that I figured ok just eat it, Unfortunately after 3 bites I couldn't without throwing up, whatever cause you are using PLEASE tell people,When you say cheese steak that's what people expect) I knew that being Arby's it certainly wouldn't be the quality of a steak house,But certainly didn't expect that horrible horrible taste read more

Not going to lie, very bad experience. The person that took my order couldn't hear me. I had to repeat myself multiple time. Our food took forever to come. Terrible. I'm not a person who complains about the food or the service but the food was awful. Very seldom do we eat out but my hubby was hungry for a roast beef sandwich after undergoing throat cancer surgery. I decided to surprise him and treat him to a lunch. We went through the DT and the DT server "Sammi" was a very pleasant young lady who we gave a tip. We ordered two roast beef sandwiches $7.29 each which were "okay" the taste was good but they were lukewarm at best. We ordered two fries $3.29 each which were really disgusting and not even lukewarm. They were actually very cold and had no flavor at all so we threw them away. We ordered a small plain hamburger for our fur baby which we were charged $5.99. The burger was so hard and dried out that my dog wouldn't even eat it. Our total bill was $28.78. We were so disappointed with the food and it was a waste of money and not a very pleasant experience at all. Get some roast beef at a deli and buy some good rolls to make your own sandwiches at home. Fry up some potatoes for fries for a fraction of the cost and you know it's going to be great. Just my advice and honest opinion. read more

My family and I waited for FIFTEEN minutes in line & the worker instead of telling us that it'd be a wait or to simply go through the drive through she decided to loudly tell her coworker that we should go through the drive through instead or dining in. Not sure what was going on in this place that had me waiting fifteen minutes for a Beef & Cheddar. The girl that took my order was very friendly but the place was incredibly unorganized. To top it off, the sandwich was a disgrace even for Arby's standards. The roast beef is supposed to be sliced very thin or shaved. Recently stopped at this location for lunch. The cashier looked like Arby's was the last place she wanted to be that day. She never greeted us, just took our order. I filled my drink cup and when I went to pick it up it seemed to collapse and the soda went all over the counter. I would have cleaned it up myself but there were no napkins in the dispenser. I went to the counter and waited, after a few minutes the cashier returned and I told her about the spill and the napkin situation. She turned and went to I believe her manager and then went to the beverage area with paper towels and cleaned it up. She never said a word. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that while it was good there was way too much sauce on it and was extremely messy. My husband used the restroom and said that it was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in days. We have stopped at this location a few times in the past but will never stop there again. read more

These drive-through workers need to go to Chick-Fill-A to learn how to do drive-through efficiently. When we got to the speaker to place an order, we had to wait as the recycling truck was there. I stopped here yesterday and was so annoyed that I had to wait until the next day to review so as not to say anything I won't regret. After waiting in line at the drive-thru for 17 minutes, I finally get close enough to the speaker to hear that they are out of roast beef (sorry, Arby's, but roast beef is sort of your whole thing). They were also out of soda, and ice. The woman in front of me cursed out the girl taking the order and sped away. I look at the menu and see that about 70% of the items were "out of stock". I settled for a Greek gyro and a lukewarm lemonade. When I pulled around to pay I see that there is only 1 car in the employee parking lot and when I looked inside it appeared there was only one employee in the entire store (who appeared very frazzled and ready to cry). So naturally I felt sorry for this poor girl who was forced to work in such sub-standard conditions... getting cursed at all day long because her employer ran out of literally everything and then they go and throw this poor girl to the wolves to fend for herself. Arby's claim they they "have the meats"? Well, you sure as heck didn't have any meat yesterday. And to whomever was working, you make a mean gyro! You deserve 5 stars... your employer? Not so much. Hang in there, girl. You deserve a better employer, and I hope you find one soon. read more

Still in the process of my complaint to Arbys headquarters after an absolutely disastrous experience at Arbys Pine Grove PA. The Manager was not just rude and unprofessional but should not be let loose on the general public. When I demanded my money back for a meal that was missing ingredients, and not prepared as it should have been, she reluctantly gave the money back and told me that we should leave the restaurant. Then she sent a staff member over to our table with the money, and a message: 'the manager says that if you want the money back, we want the sandwich back', the sandwich was partly eaten, I had picked on it while I was waiting for my husband to finish his meal. I was treated in a most humiliating way, I was not offered alternatives, and as far as the missing ingredients were concerned the Manager said 'well, we are out of them'. read more

Went there with hopes of getting a good meal, yeah right!! I got a "1/2 pound " beef and cheddar and got what looked like a regular, which I wouldn't mind if I didn't pay for the extra meat. I have gone to other arbys and have gotten the 1/2 lb and that was a ton of meat, but not at the pine grove location. I've had problems with them in the past with them giving only a few pieces of meat but the management just doesn't fix the problem so I will drive the 1hr to go to Harrisburg or Palmyra. Went there today for a quick dinner. Food good, as per always. But the lovely gentleman Brandon that assisted us was super kind and patient with both the older chap that went before us and the lady that ordered after us who simply asked for "a roast beef sandwich". He listed off all of the varieties for her so pleasantly. There's like 80 different roast beef sandwiches! And he did it without an inch of annoyance or condescension. Fantastic dude.
