These guys at IMO in Bishy are just brilliant! They're really friendly, meticulous and trustworthy - so much so that I won't let anyone else clean my car anymore. I now travel up from Richmond a couple of times a month just to have them valet it. I just drop it off, do a bit of shopping, then pick it up about 45 mins later. It's like coming back to a new car! This car wash has been refurbished inside & out. In my opinion it's not as good at cleaning the car. The over head rotating brush has been replaced by a dancing curtain. At the end as well as the air blower there is another curtain that attempts to wipe the water off that is left by a less effective blower & just leaves smears across the body of the car. One thing I didn't understand was why the attendant slipped a long plastic sheath onto my rear wiper, I don't think it was about to have sex & has never been a issue before. I am a regular customer (twice a week) and used to be very happy with the quality and reliability of the car wash. Over the past few months the quality of wash has been deteriorating. On several occasions recently various elements have not been functioning and there have also been various new people employed who do not do the prewash as thoroughly and do ot seem to take as much care of my car or understand the equipment and faults therein. I have shared my disatusfaction a couple of times but there is no recompense or rewash. Things do not appear to be improving and if this does not change soon i will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
