And that's the best thing I can find to say about this shop! OK, for those who care, they do sell lots of useful things for fixing or cleaning your car. They sell bikes and satnavs and other bits and bobs, too. However,the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. A couple of years ago I bought a satnav as a Christmas present and made a point of asking if it would be ok to return it if I had bought the wrong one (as it was to be a surprise and I didn't want to spoil the surprise by asking which model my husband actually wanted). Anyway, I was assured there would be no problem with returning it. And yet, when I did try to return it, the manager refused point blank to allow me to return it. It was a nightmare and we ended up having to involve head office (who were more understanding). However,the damage was done and I have never shopped in Halfords since.

Received a phone call saying our lead arrived in stock and confirmed our fitting appointment. They had our car for 1:30 hours and when we returned the fitter paired up my phone and gave a demo on how it all worked. Very pleased with the product and the service we received
