I have been going to see Dr. Piechal for almost 4 years now. He is an amazing doctor and one of…read morefew, that actually cares about his patients! All his staff, are nice, professional, and will always go out of their way to help you in any way they can! This isn't a Pill Mill, so you dead beats looking to come in and whine and cry that your in so much pain, because you had some BS surgery 10-20 years ago....need to find some other place to feed your addictions! It's people like this, that make it hard on people such as myself to get the proper care needed to help me cope with my injuries! Also, you take Dr. Piechals big heart for granted and can cause him the headache of having to deal with agencies such as the DEA, Medical Boards, and/or doctors/pharmacies to start breathing down his neck! Dr. Piechal has been God Sent in my eyes!!!!! He has done wonders with helping me cope with my pain, as well as, better understanding what is good and/or bad with what I should/shouldn't be doing to help ease my pain. You don't or shouldn't always have to reach for the medicine cabinet every time your hurting. There are many ways to relieve pain, without pills, which is one of many things Dr. Piechal has thought me over the years as his patient. So, if your in a lot of pain or have a serious injury and you need a great doctor with a wonderful staff, Dr. Piechal is your guy! If your just looking for pills to feed your addiction, I hear Florida and some places in Eastern Oklahoma are the places you might consider. It's places like that, which only care about getting that cash in hand...that make great doctors like Dr. Piechal, get a bad wrap for running a legit and best pain clinic around! For that, I Thank You Dr. Piechal, Holly, Kelly, Crystal, and the new girls I haven't gotten to know just yet! You all have given me a better chance at a less painful view on life! For that, I'm forever greatfull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely, Billy Boatman Elizabeth Cone The Boatman & Cone Family(had to include the parents)

I am so grateful for the new frontier ahead of me. Off liquid Handcuffs. For 12 years, it was like Groundhogs Day. Wake up, already in withdrawal, take dose, sweat all day, and then there's a slow, painful titration period of just feeling more like crap every hour until you next dose. After a a while (years in) methadone starts metabolizing far quicker, leaving you in withdrawal in the middle of the day. It's a terrible way to continue on living, and MED MARK and Springdale Treatment Center do not care about you. Not a great deal, and despite a few decent counselors here and there, you're still under rule by dictator-like rules, not even entertaining patients concerns, only wanting to keep patients coming in to spend their little money on methadone. Appropriate, as Methadone was invented by a chemist in Hitler's regime. They blew through their morphine, so they invented methadone to keep his Nazi soldiers comfortably addicted. After the Vietnam war, Methadone clinics started popping up in the states to treat soldiers coming back addicted to heroin. In the 1990's, heroin was on the rise again, so more clinics opened. And now we have private companies opening clinics like STC to make money on those hopelessly addicted. It's now owned and operated by MedMark (previously owned by The Riverwood Group). The doctor, Thomas Atkinson has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I have made efforts with state officials to improve this. However, during several of my annual physicals, Atkinson would tell hideous stories about how he hates his wife and dogs. He vents his toxic nonsense to his patients, using explicit language, and an overall negative, attitude. Note, this isn't playful venting. Each year I went in he was less than interested in how my dose was. #liquidhandcuffs They only care about your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

He made my nervous self feel comfortable! I came in on Monday to do my intake and I was greeted with open arms. The girl who checks you in up front had such an inviting smile on her face, she was so kind, patient, and helpful. Next I meet Ms. Tina. This woman is an angel on earth. She is the director and let me tell you.. she isn't here for the money and it isn't "just a job" to her. This woman truly cares and wants you to succeed and she will do everything along with her staff to help you in your recovery journey. I then meet a nurse and the Dr! The nurse was incredibly helpful and nice as well. Everyone had a smile on their face and they didn't act like they hated their job. The doctor has first hand experience and he knows exactly what we are going through and how we feel. He genuinely cares as well and wants you to get your life on track. He knows what he is doing and is very intelligent. Please just be honest with everything when you come to this clinic. I promise they only want to help you. I know I sound like a broken record but I have never been to a place like this one where all the staff cares. Jeremy is one of the counselors and he is such a great guy too. He of course cares and is easy to talk to. Like I said just be honest because that's how you're truly going to get better. Jeremy will do everything he can to help you in your sobriety. If you're reading this and was hesitant before to come in. Don't be! You will feel welcome and will feel better. The first step is reading this. Now make the call to better yourself. I believe in you and we do recover!! It will be worth it and I can guarantee you won't find a better clinic that cares more about you then this place. Thank you to the staff at MedMark!!

The clinic is the only place that treats CRPS holistically and treats the patient's pain at the root cause of the symptoms. I have witnessed many patients ring the bell. My son rang the bell on June 23, 2022, after 15 weeks or treatment and VERY HARD WORK! There are no shortcuts; the patient has to commit 100%. Of course, the medical insurance industry is so broken that they don't pay for a process that is proven to be effective. This works. I am writing this review on 12/30/22, and my son is in remission. CRPS is such a monster and there is no one treatment that works for every patient. As with any intervention, please do your homework, but I can say that Spero works and my son is alive and nerve pain free today.

Since I am high risk, I have appointments twice a week and have had to see Dr. Scott as well who is also amazing. All the nurses here are great as well as the receptionists and schedulers. I've read reviews talking negatively about the receptionists but they are all amazing here. My first appointment to see a Dr here was an emergency call because I had just moved to NWA, had not found a Dr yet, just found out I was pregnant and experiencing a miscarriage. I called other offices in the area but HerHealth got me in immediately and Dr. Smith saw me right away. She was so sweet and when I got pregnant the next month, she has been so supportive the entire way! Any doctor here would be my recommendation to see! Everyone is great!

After waiting 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time with Dr. Mason, I requested routine…read morebloodwork (thyroid, iron, etc.). I explained the long wait and asked whether I'd be sent back to the waiting room again, because I needed to return to work. I was assured it would be "5 minutes or less." Twenty minutes later, I still hadn't been called, so I left without the bloodwork I needed. Later that day, I received a voicemail stating that follow‑up testing was required due to abnormal cells on my pap. I had already completed the Washington Regional survey and answered honestly about my experience--including the excessive wait time and the fact that this wasn't an isolated incident. I selected "absolutely not" when asked if I would recommend this clinic, because based on repeated experiences, I wouldn't. I had no intention of returning until I learned my insurance only covers one pap annually, meaning I couldn't simply switch clinics without starting the entire process over. Over the next three weeks, I called HerHealth six times. I spoke with multiple receptionists and with Robin, the office manager. Every single time, I was given a different excuse or told that procedures "couldn't be scheduled without speaking to the doctor," and that Dr. Mason was on vacation. Robin even told me she couldn't schedule procedures at all and that I'd have to wait for the nurse to call me the following week. After three weeks of this, I physically went to the clinic. The front desk employee scheduled my procedure immediately. When I asked why this couldn't have been handled over the phone, she looked confused and said she had no idea why I was told otherwise. Today, Robin called to inform me that after speaking with Dr. Mason, she "isn't comfortable seeing me" because of "how I feel," and that my records would be ready for transfer. In other words: after three weeks of being misled, they finally admitted the real issue: my honest review. This entire situation could have been avoided if they had simply told the truth from the beginning. Instead, they wasted three weeks of my time, delayed necessary follow‑up care, and repeatedly gave me information that was either incorrect or intentionally misleading. They earned the review I left. For: * Making a patient wait 1.5 hours to be seen. * Requiring paperwork to be filled out twice, even though it was identical to the paperwork that took me NO LESS than 30 minutes to complete prior to my arrival as part of pre-registration. However, after sitting in the waiting room for roughly 25 minutes, I was called back up to the receptionist's desk and handed the same exact documents and asked to fill them out again by hand. * Sending me back to the waiting room for 20+ minutes for bloodwork that never happened, because I had to return to work. * Receptionists openly goofing off while patients waited and repeatedly asked for updates. * Three weeks of runaround from both the receptionists and even worse, the office manager, regarding a medically necessary procedure. Robin's behavior over the last three weeks was simply the final confirmation of how this clinic operates. In summary, this is your health--don't put it in this clinic's hands.
