I am beyond grateful to The Spero Clinic. I suffered with CRPS for 20 long years. The last 2 years, became unbearable...I took a huge leap of faith and traveled to Arkansas from Detroit, MI. After 14 weeks of treatment, I was pain free! I am also off ALL medications and my spinal cord stimulator is off. I have been through many trials and tribulations in life but this push was the hardest. Each day I took a deep breath and decided to put my trust in these fine folks. I am so grateful I did. It was a hard fight with many ups and downs, but in the end, the hard work saved my life. The staff is filled with tough love, empathy, humor, extreme knowledge, dedication and compassion. The waiting room is filled with fellow patients who are fighting like hell just to show up. I have the upmost respect for everyone in that building. The bonds I made while there are unbreakable. Because of the spero, I am now back to working as a floor Nurse. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart

    Got to go on vacation!!!

Medical research showed that they were finding the Vagus nerve to cause much, if not most of the CRPS issues.

After waiting 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time with Dr. Mason, I requested routine…read morebloodwork (thyroid, iron, etc.). I explained the long wait and asked whether I'd be sent back to the waiting room again, because I needed to return to work. I was assured it would be "5 minutes or less." Twenty minutes later, I still hadn't been called, so I left without the bloodwork I needed. Later that day, I received a voicemail stating that follow‑up testing was required due to abnormal cells on my pap. I had already completed the Washington Regional survey and answered honestly about my experience--including the excessive wait time and the fact that this wasn't an isolated incident. I selected "absolutely not" when asked if I would recommend this clinic, because based on repeated experiences, I wouldn't. I had no intention of returning until I learned my insurance only covers one pap annually, meaning I couldn't simply switch clinics without starting the entire process over. Over the next three weeks, I called HerHealth six times. I spoke with multiple receptionists and with Robin, the office manager. Every single time, I was given a different excuse or told that procedures "couldn't be scheduled without speaking to the doctor," and that Dr. Mason was on vacation. Robin even told me she couldn't schedule procedures at all and that I'd have to wait for the nurse to call me the following week. After three weeks of this, I physically went to the clinic. The front desk employee scheduled my procedure immediately. When I asked why this couldn't have been handled over the phone, she looked confused and said she had no idea why I was told otherwise. Today, Robin called to inform me that after speaking with Dr. Mason, she "isn't comfortable seeing me" because of "how I feel," and that my records would be ready for transfer. In other words: after three weeks of being misled, they finally admitted the real issue: my honest review. This entire situation could have been avoided if they had simply told the truth from the beginning. Instead, they wasted three weeks of my time, delayed necessary follow‑up care, and repeatedly gave me information that was either incorrect or intentionally misleading. They earned the review I left. For: * Making a patient wait 1.5 hours to be seen. * Requiring paperwork to be filled out twice, even though it was identical to the paperwork that took me NO LESS than 30 minutes to complete prior to my arrival as part of pre-registration. However, after sitting in the waiting room for roughly 25 minutes, I was called back up to the receptionist's desk and handed the same exact documents and asked to fill them out again by hand. * Sending me back to the waiting room for 20+ minutes for bloodwork that never happened, because I had to return to work. * Receptionists openly goofing off while patients waited and repeatedly asked for updates. * Three weeks of runaround from both the receptionists and even worse, the office manager, regarding a medically necessary procedure. Robin's behavior over the last three weeks was simply the final confirmation of how this clinic operates. In summary, this is your health--don't put it in this clinic's hands.

I would like to start this review by saying that if it were not for Dr. Birch and her nurse, I…read morewould NEVER go to Her Health. Most of the ladies in the front office are so rude. Just today, I called to confirm my appointment and I was met with, "Can I put you on hold". Before I could answer, I was put on hold and then hung up on....4 times. These ladies need some training in customer service or just a course in "how to be nice" would suffice. Bad Business!!! I can see from the other reviews that I am not alone in this statement!

Then I guess there was a shift change and that's when a rude doctor came in said oh you just only had a mini stroke you'll be fine and then I left I would think they would have kept me 24/7 on hold. Just because I had a mini stroke I was stuttering plus going in and out unconsciousness. What's my blood pressure was going up and down but they released me anyway can you say lawsuit.

my son went to their clinic with a fever, and mostly cold like symptoms…read more they did a covid test, strep test, and a flu test. all returned negative. they said he was on the end of whatever was going on but gave him amoxicillin. three days later he was still running a high fever, and now his throat is swollen and he can't really swallow anything. he returned and they repeate the tests and took bl to test for mono. all negative. they said go to the emergency room now cause we can help you. At the emergency room they did act scan of his throat and said yes it's very swollen (duh), asked them to look for pneumonia. every looked fine they said. gave him a prescription for another antibiotic and a steroid for the swelling. no one ever looked in his throat, nor took his temperature, no one had any answers for why he is running a fever. said thats All they could do. Not figu anything out just a guessing game. What the hell is a hospital, especially an emergency room for? I could guess just as well as them. I just don't understand what has happened to the medical system and the "healthcare" givers since the pandemic. it's as if they have all become stupid. Never going back to this hospital again

The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to try and find you an appointment time and day that will work for you. Dr. O'Connell's nurse is very patient and handles messages that I send her (frequently) in a timely manner, often within a very short period of time. Kristi is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and does a fabulous job. Dr. O'Connell is the best doctor, by far that I have ever had. He is truly concerned about and committed to his patients. He does everything he possibly can to meet my needs, answers questions truthfully and explains everything to my satisfaction. I just can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else then I do at MANA North. They are all pretty amazing professionals! Thank you for all that you do. Veronica W

The front desk staff, when not gossiping about their most recent dates, which I had to listen to…read moreone day while they could not seem to get a follow-up appointment scheduled and my copay processed is rude and inconvenienced by the simplest of questions. They act as though they are too busy to help. I guess they are too busy discussing their social lives! I would send messages through the portal for an appointment and they seldom responded in a timely manner. If they did respond, they give you excuses to cover the fact that they ignored or forgot to check the portal. If you need anything within several days that is not going to happen. They will refer you to their MANA Urgent Care clinics because it is apparently too hard to schedule you with your PCP. Random charges are affixed to your account for asking a question through the portal. I have never had this happen at any of the MANA clinics before I switched to MANA-North Fayetteville. If you leave a message for the clinic manager she won't call you back. I am done with this circus I have another PCP lined up out of the MANA system. The office experience ruins the entire clinic. This review is not a reflection of the care that I received from Dr. Abby Baldwin or Dr. Lauren Thompson both are wonderful doctors and I strongly reccomend either. If you want a rude administrative staff and an office manager who does not return calls to simple questions then this is your place. Common sense and patient service seems to have left the equation.
