Gave them my phone number said they would call. Now it's Wednesday of the next week never heard from them. It is a woman who is the owner, coordinator? So I stopped back in in person to check. Oh she said pulled out a clip board and looked it over. Now I just want an estimate . We talked about poor customer service and said she gives good customer service . Again she said I will call you .Couple more days go by and still no phone call. Called them back and asked to call me to see if you can do that and axle and bearings. Never heard back from them. How and why do businesses operate that way. So, bottom line might as well look for someone who wants your business. At least call the customer back , shouldn't leave them hanging.
