Just had accordeon shutters installed in our home in PSL. From the first phone call Sam was very accommodating and, of the 4 companies I called, he gave me the best price and was able to fit us in his schedule sooner than any of the others. On the day of installation a crew of 6 leaded by Adam arrived on time. It took them less than 4 hours and the job was done without any hickups. (We have a lot of windows and 4 over sized double sliding glass doors). When all was done Adam showed us how to arm and disarm the shutters. This morning town inspectors came and Just Shutter It passed with flying collors. I reccomend them unconditionally read more

Sam, Paul and their guys did an awesome job for me. After talking to them at the Hurricane Expo, I received a quote for 3 slider openings and signed the contract. I was fortunate to be near the top of their list and they started my install on a Saturday morning. They were able to do most of the install but unfortunately, they ran into an unforeseen electrical obstruction that necessitated a week's delay to get resolved. In the meantime I requested another quote for my front window and door. Now this is the crazy part......Paul came out and measured for those 2 openings at 8 AM. By noon I had the quote and approved it. At 3 PM Paul was here to not only finish the first installation but also the front window and door. Well done, guys. By far the best service experience that I have had since moving to FL. Sam showed up on time for the estimate; he was knowledgeable, personable, and the estimate was reasonable (and comparable to the other estimates I received). Sam kept in touch via email for scheduling and contract signage steps; great communication throughout the process. The crew showed up on time and was done with the entire house in 3.5 hours. What else can I say that hasn't already been said about Just-shutter It. Sam the owner is genuinely a nice guy, but most importantly here are the reasons why I chose Sam's company over the competition. Sam took care of dealing with the city's permit and the inspections requirements from start to finish.. JSI" beat Home Depot by over $3000 (expected) JSI beat Lowes by $1500 (also expected) In all fairness since the box stores utilize 3rd party contractors (and that concerned me) I expected HD and Lowes to be higher, kinda like apples and oranges, So I did more research and found a company called O'Donnells right on Route 1 in Port ST Lucie and I assumed that was JSI's direct competitor. (and it was) . The Just Shutter' proposal was many HUNDREDS of dollars less expensive than O'Donnell PLUS Sam included 2 FREE roof vents something that O'Donnell never even offered to his already high estimate. O'Donnell was 4-6 weeks out, JSI"s was quoted at 3-4 weeks to completion. From the day I signed the contract with JSI it was ONLY 2 WEEKS to completion !! The workmanship by JSI's crew is second to none.Upon completion JSI cleaned up all debris and immediately sent me pictures via text messages because I was not home at time of installation. I had my shutters installed last year and used them for the first time last week. They were installed in a timely matter and the quality is great. I had my under roof part of my lanai enclosed as a room so I am able to store the patio furniture in there. The tracks are recessed in the cement so there is nothing to trip over. My shutters were so easy to close. I had one small problem with a lock alignment. I called and left a message. Sam called me back within an hour and had the service guys here the next day. All fixed! Sam and his crew just finished installing my storm shutters. I just moved to Florida from Maryland three months ago and knew nothing about storm shutters.
