When you arrive they always greet you with a happy hello. And the back office staff does a great job with billing and insurance questions. I've never experienced any issues with insurance or appointment issues in the 2 years I've been a patient here. They do a great job of keeping things light and fun with their monthly giveaways for patients and voting contests for pumpkin and gingerbread house displays during the holidays. The owners are both active in the community. I've seen them out at local school events and taking photos at local school sporting events. They display their photography skills throughout the business. I've always thought it would be nice to see more of the staff or patients they've treated included in these photos. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He does an extraordinary job of listening to the patient to understand them better. You are their top priority and they run a well oiled machine they listen to you and they do what's best for you and your body. I've been to many Physical Therapy places where they don't listen and push you and hurt you. This is an amazing business and I hope you will all try it. They will take care of your needs and get you better quickly. They made recommendations on me after my total knee when I couldn't bend anymore that I should have a scope along with my manipulation and it proved to be right because the surgeon said I had a lot of scar tissue and he's glad that he did the scope. That saved me more problems in the future! The place they have is very nice. It's well cleaned and they have the latest equipment and the best.

I have now gone to Angie Cain over the last 4 years for 2 separate surgical events and intermittent…read morephysical therapy for related therapy. I had rotator cuff repair in January of 2019. Angie was the one who actually advised me that surgery was probably the best option before that as physical therapy was no longer giving relief. The surgery went great and subsequent therapy with her gave me complete mobility back pain free. Shoulder surgery is a lengthy recovery process but all our work and her help paid off. I just had a total knee replacement on June 25, 2020 and Angie was my PT of choice. I just went to my 6 week check in with my doctor and he was impressed by my progress and gave me a clean bill of health and to come back in a year. Angie Cain is a very positive, uplifting, knowledgeable therapist. She customizes all therapy to your needs and provides homework that really enhances the healing process. Regaining mobility is the priority with her. PT is a two way street and if you want to be successful, you have to be engaged. Angie makes you want to be engaged and her chair side manner pays off in the end. I am just shy of 67 years old and I hope if I have any more parts replaced that she will be my go to.
