They service the Naples area in a most unusual way they dispatch repair trucks from the home office and basically are in the area all day. So you may call for an appointment and they will say fix it the next day. But if the technician is all caught up they will call and give same day service. I have used them only for pool heating and have had them on two occasions. They have absolutly knocked it out of the park each time. It's one of those businesses that you hope will be around for a long time.

Dealing with Aquacal for warranty repairs is a nightmare - their standard time to get someone dispatched for repair is 15 BUSINESS DAYS! Don't know when they'll come, they'll call you sometime in the next 15 business days to let you know they're on the way. Oh yeah - you need to put the $285 service charge on your CC in advance. Done Right is the Aquacal warranty company in my area, and they came out in 1 day, and only charged me $155. They also got the parts covered by the Aquacal warranty. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommend them.
