Go see my man G3! Tattoos by G3 for lyfe now! I've had several different tattoo artists and he has was by far my favorite so far. Super down to earth dude and medium hand "heaviness". Super light considering he is a "bigger" or "swoller than usual" guy. Didn't knock my block off on price. Had great conversation and free touch ups for 3 months. Did a memorial for my son. Didn't even need a touch up and it's been almost 8 months and it's on my thigh where pants rub constantly. Pure perfection

They did an awesome job with my cover up. Exceeded my expectations hiding an awful scar I have had for five years!

Best tattoo place in Columbus! We were there Saturday to surprise my husband with a new tattoo for his birthday. Not only did Michael Heard do an awesome job, the employees are all incredibly hilarious! They had us cracking up the entire time!! The tattoo took about 4 hours, so I had planned on leaving but I was having so much fun I stayed until he finished the tattoo. Very clean, pretty place. Highly recommended. A++

The work was just okay. I had two simple bands on my wrist. I went in one night with two people-all of which were getting tattoos. We all paid and there were only two tat artists. I let my friends go first then I was last. They told me they only had enough time to do part and to come back in a few days to have it finished. I tried yo get in for 3 weeks and finally got in to wait an hour on the tattoo artist. I over-tipped on both visits and feel like I wasted my time.

I came in as a walk-in this morning (saturday) and they got me started very quickly. George designed my tattoo and finished in 30 minutes which was nice. I'm really happy with the result. The prices here are also very good if you're on a budget. The vibe of the shop is very chill too. I definitely recommend this shop and George as an artist! I'll definitely be back soon. read more

I went to Arch Angel after the shop I usually go to said they were booked until September. I called to find out if they accepted walk-ins. I'll just say Mike is the absolute nicest tattoo artist I've ever met! He was very patient and professional. I viewed his work and the other artist work online, and I'm very happy with outcome. I'll probably find something else meaningful to get just to support Mike. read more

Mike will always hold a special place in my heart for doing my first two tattoos. He was recommended to me by a very dear friend who visited him regularly. Mike was actually at a different shop, Tattoo Tommy's, when he did my first one, and my second was at his own shop. It's been about four years since I got my first tattoo (all black) and it looks the same as it did when it was fresh! It is still dark and sharp, and people are always impressed with how wonderful it looks. It's very detailed and intricate and he did an amazing job on it. My second tattoo is a little newer, about two years old. It has words on it and it was so cool that I was able to draw it out in my handwriting and have him tattoo that. Again, he did an amazing job and it still is dark and fresh! Mike is by far the best tattoo artist. I've moved from the area now, but hopefully will get another one from him sometime when I'm in town visiting! read more

Mike is the Best. I mean the Best. I got a sleeve done about a year ago. It was a pretty obscure idea that involved a cover up, and he really helped me flush it out. The end result was amazing. I get complements wherever I go. He is the standard to which I will hold all other tattoo artists. You will not find a better artist and guy. Mine took 5 5 hour sessions to complete. It was not tedious at all. He is funny and easy to talk to. I recommend him whenever people ask about my sleeve. You have to book him out a ways, but it is well worth the wait. read more

Bobby did my first tattoo on my 18th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The artwork is beautiful, he's truly a professional (but so relatable), and the shop is stellar. Bobby and his receptionist are so patient. I took an hour and a half just deciding on the placement and Bobby walked me through every single step to make sure I would love my new piece. I also had my nose pierced here by Tia over a year ago and the same thing. Absolutely fabulous. 12 out of 10. Highly recommend.. and price was very affordable. Damn near cheap. read more

Abbey was professional and clear, and worked with me on a memorial design I wanted. I supplied printed pictures of the elements of the tattoo, and she turned it into art for my arm. I made several bigger changes several days before my tattoo appointment, and was able to because she emailed me the design. I had several small last minute changes on the appointed day, and she quickly incorporated those, working on a pad and showing me the changes as we went. Abbey assisted me in proper sizing for my upper arm, and best placement thereof. Although I am a newbie, I felt confident that her advice was sound, and the end product bore that out. Her chair, arm support, lighting, available water and bathroom, and studio decor all contributed to a pleasant experience and good conversation. I was at ease. Anbey's artwork impressed me as the style that I wanted for my piece. I'm glad I went with her -- she is very talented. The shop is clean and comfortable. The staff is professional. The music is loud enough to hear, but low enough for conversation, even with Swedish Death Metal playing (not sure; not my genre). I received full and clear information about the process from the first day I walked in to plan my tattoo. Everything was laid out, with paper and online lists. The owner, Trevor, came by to check in whilst I received my ink, and we had a good conversation about the design, and helpful suggestions about several other topics. He is involved with his shop, and seems to know his business. I visited the shop four times in the course of planning and receiving this tattoo. During those visits, I saw the same clean, professional, calm setting. I saw no drunks, drugs, or rowdiness from staff or clients. The shop is located in a good business district.
