A friend highly recommended Bluebonnet to me over a year ago and I decided to give it a chance. As someone that is lucky enough to have health insurance, I initially was hesitant about the membership since I didn't see the reasoning behind paying extra to have access to a doctor (which I already do with the network from my insurance). However, I have NEVER in my entire life have felt more cared and seen than by Dr. Saravia. She takes the time with you and sits down and listens to everything you have to say. She will follow-up and check with you constantly, and will always strive to make sure you are feeling your best. She truly cares about her patients which is not a very common thing to see in the medical field, and I feel so lucky to be able to be part of her network and get all her support. If you are tired of not feeling heard by your family doctor and feel like something small always takes months to figure out, then Bluebonnet DPC is for you!

They will also bill your insurance for procedures that weren't done, even though it was proven that they weren't and then turn you over to a collection agency AND your insurance has paid their part of what they shouldn't have paid to begin with. I obviously will not reschedule but when I asked why one doctors visit would be $900 out of pocket they said they charged me for two visits because I discussed my problems with the doctor and supposedly received a physical. I tried to explain I would not have gone through with the appointment if they had told me they didn't accept my insurance or the cost of the visit without insurance. When I called billing to see what they could do, they only offered to cut my bill in half so my one visit would could $450 instead. This place is a scam.
