So I made a call to Gary Garrett's office and explained the situation. Moments later they emailed me the specific form with my name, policy number and other information on it. There were a number of occasions like that where they were extremely quick and responsive...and always so nice and friendly. His response was to not respond at all. I sent several emails but no answer AT ALL. I then contacted the office and spoke with the owner and she was almost as unhelpful as he was. She did nothing more than give me a phone number. I called that number and left messages, no response. While they were ignoring my questions and me in general, they happily renewed my policy with significant changes which they never spoke to me about since they were ignoring me. They will just take your money and their commission and do nothing to earn it. This is the most disgusting behavior I have ever witnesses of a person and a company as a whole.
