Car disabled for 7 months, stolen from a tow yard they contract with, more damage sustained during theft, refused to total it, tried to repair with salvaged parts (if they even did that - that's what the documents say), sent to shops that only did body work, no mechanics on staff, multiple tows due to car still not running, then non-renewed us AFTER 7 MONTHS! Look at their BBB rating, and research the mulit-million dollar settlement from a few years ago for using salvaged parts for repairs and stacking the court that would hear the case. Run, don't walk away from this crooked agency!

Quoting a business , like yours, that operates on the property of The GA World Congress Center, GA Dome, and Phillips Arena brings with it additional requirements that require a longer turn around time than a typical quote. This quote had to be approved by underwriting which took 24 business hours. Four days did pass but you did not mention that you were counting Saturday and Sunday. The quote was requested Friday and delivered Monday.....which was the next business day. The Georgia Dome referred this account to us because we are one of a few agencies that have been able to repeatedly satisfy their detailed insurance lrequirements to operate at large events ( NFL games, NBA games, concerts, etc.) We have successfully insured over 30 businesses just like this one. We had to go elsewhere & pay a $4 fee. This week we needed to take out $400. It would only give us hundreds. Half the stores won't take a hundred dollar bills. Half the time it's out of service. The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the customer service phone system. It's OBNOXIOUS. It takes 5 minutes to get through lots of nonsense until you can pick an option for the type of help you want. The agents have told me everyone complains about it. Any company that would use that on their phone system HATES THEIR CUSTOMERS. Synovus bought out my old bank that I've used for 40 yrs and now I have to switch because half the time there's some type of problem w the ATM.
