She also didn't make me feel like a fat glob of rolling and undulating lard deposits, as is so often the case for big girls when we get waxed. She asked me to hold some of my skin tight, but I never felt grotesque or like I didn't belong there. I also had much less irritation than I've had with other wax experiences, and I really like that she didn't tell me to come back in four weeks. Six to eight. I just arrived for my appointment and the man working tells me I have to pay an additional $10 for coming on the 22nd day not the 21st day but when I called I said I needed a 3 week fill and Wednesday was the date she gave me so if I needed to come Tuesday to get 3 weeks she should have said that. He proceeded to tell me I'm crazy because "everyone knows this and I've told you this 100 times before". This man has never once told me what the days for their policy are, I have a picture of it in my phone for my own reference. I agreed to pay the additional charge but asked to be downgraded from a cashemere fill to a classic fill which is a $30 price difference. (The smart thing to do would have been to say he won't charge me the extra $10 for this one time and have me still get the cashmere fill) but instead he and the other girl both refused to take me even though I had an appointment and told them I have a wedding tomorrow. This isn't the first time they have been rude but the glue they use doesn't irritate my eyes that's the only reason I come back. I will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending them to anybody I have never been treated so rudely for no reason before. For him to yell at me and call me crazy for saying that whoever booked my appointment should've told me I needed to come yesterday instead was uncalled for.
