I've been going to this location for almost 6 years and never had issues until she started working here. I've spoken to several levels of management, called corporate and other employees and customers at this store have made complaints about her and nothing is being done. Is this really how the company cares to represent itself? I spend quite a bit of money at this store. Maybe it's time I take my money elsewhere. And I'm not the only customer who has decided to no longer go to this store.

Produce section is a disgrace! Everything old, moldy,…read moreoverpriced or not priced at all. I had to ask how much four different things were today. It sucks having to go to one store for produce, another for bulk beans and spices and things... Instead of having dry goods in bins, everything here is wrapped in plastic. Animal- and environment-maiming plastic. Come on!!!! There's a much more reasonably priced and better quality selection of organic produce than at WF or Kroger. A good selection of gluten-free grains and baking flours, as well as GF snacks, cereals... A crazy amount of vitamins and supplements - one whole side of the store. Lots of nice bulk items you won't find elsewhere, like jasmine tea and cinnamon sticks. Unique chocolates and teas and trail mixes - all kinda fun stuff. Plus they give you a free lady bug bag on your first visit - so nice. --- some things aren't fresh, like berries, daikon; some arent fresh and are way overpriced, like ginger; there aren't some items like red onions, cherry toor cilantro. it was freezing in the store; the classes they offer aren't of interest; the beauty section (shampoo, lotion, solid peetc.) selection isn't great. I mean there are tons of products, and it's great you can sample them, but they're not that great of quality.

However, I LOVE their organic supplements section! They have just about everything I go in looking for; it's an expansive selection of products. I'm into homeopathic, herbal and Ayurvedic medicine and I can always find things here that I can't seem to find anywhere else besides Amazon. Checkout is always quick and I love that they don't use plastic. I sell online a lot so the boxes they give me come in handy later for shipping. Great place!

I assume they buy overstock from distributors, so they often have GREAT deals on alcohol that you won't find elsewhere. Like they once had Kraken rum for $5 a bottle which is normally $23. Guess what all my drinking friends got for Christmas from me that year! LOL. Currently, they have 10-packs of Windsor Canadian Whiskey single shots for $5 - that's 50¢ a bottle, and you just can't get that deal anywhere else! The layout of the store is nice, and I don't have a problem finding anything, although I almost always buy the same things... my favorite beers and anything interesting they have on sale. Added bonus: from my house to their store is an easy drive with only one traffic light between them and me.
