It didn't work so I went inside the store to see what the problem was. As I stood in line for approximately 2 minutes (only person in line). I was finally spoken to As I said that I need help to see why my, yes I was cut off by I guess a cashier? I was told that I would have to use the self check out (WOW) I needed a person but I was told by the person behind the counter they only check out people if there is a line (yes my thought as well, what outstanding customer service they offer). Went north to the other Circle K on N. Main and 62 and my card worked but I had to go into the store to get a receipt. Skeptical of what Circle K's policy was when I approached the cashier but I was approached by a friendly cashier that was very helpful with me being there, and unlike the other Circle K across from McDonald's where I felt like I was bothering the 2 employees that was doing nothing behind the counter. Very displeased with the customer service from the Circle K on Main st. Archdale NC at 10115 N. Main St. Archdale, NC. I will never enter this store again as I have other options.

Besides the candy and food options, they also do check cashing, make keys, customized belts and also take food stamps. they also sell a wide variety of medications, knives, lighters, horoscope books and even scooters! My husband's insurance cards don't list dependents on their cards, only the primary cardholder. CVS wouldn't accept my card because my name wasn't on it. I even called the insurance company & gave my phone to the person at CVS to speak with them to confirm that I am indeed on the policy & they still wouldn't accept this information...a man with dark hair pulled back in a ponytail. The actual pharmacist even said that I will be getting bills from doctors for using this card without my name on it, insinuating I was lying. These people made me feel horrible & uncomfortable. Signage from the highway was good and directed me to the store sign. Entry and exit was easy. The store exterior looks dated. The pump area was clean, trash was within its boundaries. No issues with my card processing and a quick gas up. I decided on a car wash for $9.99 and the receipt generated the code. The car wash is located off to the left and is a separate structure. The code worked without a hitch and the garage door lifted. I was very impressed with newer equipment and a great Wash price point. They offer an upper level too! Without a visit inside I feel comfortable with a solid 4 stars. I would swing by again if in the area.
