I seek out Sheetz when on the road because they are that dependable. This was going to be a quick fuel up only, but I decided on a car wash. Signage from the highway was good and directed me to the store sign. Entry and exit was easy. The store exterior looks dated. The pump area was clean, trash was within its boundaries. No issues with my card processing and a quick gas up. I decided on a car wash for $9.99 and the receipt generated the code. The car wash is located off to the left and is a separate structure. The code worked without a hitch and the garage door lifted. I was very impressed with newer equipment and a great Wash price point. They offer an upper level too! Without a visit inside I feel comfortable with a solid 4 stars. I would swing by again if in the area. read more

I've been around the block a few times during my life, but sometimes I feel if though I can't get anywhere else because your dang air filler upper thing never works . Why I ask. Why!!?? Men have landed on the moon, a missile can destroy a fly from 200 miles away, and EVs. But I can't get 7 lbs of air into my tire. Sometimes the thing lets air out of my tire. Please station an air security person at the gadget to ward off vandals. Gas pumps work a heck of a lot better than up the road at Shell though. Just a positive. . Consistently the NICEST people working there and they are VERY focused on the coffee being fresh and I love that when the light is blinking, your cup is free! I have never been in when the bathrooms are in need of service or any food is in need of being stocked. The 'order on your way' ability of the app is GREAT! If we know we will be there in 15 minutes, we can order an item and have it ready to go when we arrive and keep our time off the road to a minimum! read more

This is the second time in the row that I ordered very basic food from a Sheetz location and was served basically junk. They advertise MTO which means "made to order" so I ordered two breakfast burritos. One of them was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. I asked how that was even possible since it was supposedly "made to order" and the young man told me it was all premade and they just put it in the microwave. The charge for each of these burritos, which were about the quality of what I would imagine prison food to be, was two dollars each. I estimate the cost of the ingredients to be about $.10. A massive rip off. And how mental, or just plain inconsiderate do you have to be to put a bag of tater tot's in upside down so they spill out into the bag? I will never order from their hot food counter again. This is all very strange to me, because at the sheets back in Lake of the Woods Virginia, the made to order food is actually quite good. The staff at this Sheetz is fantastic! They have gone out of their way to help us with issues on our Sheetz rewards card or fix our MTO drinks. I highly suggest the Kona mocha! It is addicting! The store is usually very clean and the employees are eager to help you figure out some of their gadgets like the f'real shake machine. This is my fave Sheetz! read more

Placed order online for a mocha and Wisconsin cheese bites. When I are rices at location on, food was fine ((approx 5 minutes)) quick and tasty. Pricing a tad disappointing. I paid over 10$ for a regular cheese bite and a mocha. Other than pricing, everything was good. read more

When the family and I road trip, we keep our eyes peeled for a Sheetz. This gas station/store is well stocked (organic snacks ....WHAT!!!!) and everyone is polite. Bathrooms are clean and stocked, so no dragging your tissue into the bathroom. Now if only I can remember the Sheetz we stopped at in VA that had a full on grill and was redesigned to resemble a diner. read more

People are inherently and overwhelmingly good, and the staff at this Sheetz exemplify that. Last week I was on a long roadtrip, and I stopped here for a restroom break and to fill up with gas. (sidenote: the place is very clean an everything you'd hope for in a Sheetz, but that's not why I'm writing). Two hours away from this Sheetz, I stopped for some food only to realize I didn't have my wallet. I called this Sheetz to see if it had been turned in. It hadn't. Uh-oh... I asked if the employee, Tonya, could check the restroom and they gladly did without any resistance or attitude. They found it on the bathroom floor! That's pretty impressive initself, but at this point any one of the employees could have taken the $60 cash, one of mt multiple credit cards, etc. Instead the wallet was passed to the manager. He happily went ovr the inventory of the contents of my wallet with me on the phone - everything was there! Again, at this point he could have taken whatever he wanted. I devised a plan to get cash via other means, and I had pictures of my license etc. on my phone, so I decided backtracking to get the wallet wasn't necessary. The manager, Dale, offered to overnight it to me. I offered to cover the shipping costs, but he declined saying that I already had enough stress and didn't need to worry about a few dollars (which actually turned out to be $20something). I went there at 10 AM on a Friday looking for a quick pitstop en route to Charlotte. The store itself was fine, but the check-out process was very slow - just one person on duty and he was chatty, so it took a minute a customer, leading to a very long line. Fortunately, they eventually put another cashier up there, which sped things up somewhat. Still, it wasn't a good experience. read more

I have no complaint with this Sheetz. My complaint is that drivers are not honoring your yield sign and several accidents have almost happened. Put a stop sign up and not a yield. There is always a bully trying to push their way through. I live here, was born here and will die here and will not let one of the northern yankees here for the market bully me. There could have been blows exchanged there today (10/22/2017) just because someone in SHeets org. thinks everyone has manners which they do not and the world is full of bullies. read more

All the staff is welcoming and willing to do anything to make your experience the best out there.
