I also paid for appliance inspection and the washer was not ran properly evidently or not even checked because the washer drain hose wasn't even connected to anything it just drains out on my basement floor so I was not notified of this. If I would have been aware of this I could have had this fixed ASAP but I had to wait till I wash clothes and then realized my whole basement floor was getting wet.
