He was quick to respond to email and text message and offered to show me places that were not yet listed but he thought met my criteria. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a place during those first initial visits and I was starting to lose hope until I saw my dream apartment pop up with Joe's name appearing as the listing agent.
