My wife and I went to Archer's Arena for the second time today, and it was a blast. We played a bunch of games involving a bow and arrow. The training that Coach Manny gave us at the beginning really helped make the games more fun. They really pay attention to safety, make sure everyone is having fun, and explain the games really well. We'll definitely be coming back.

Visited this weekend for a one hour beginners course. It exceeded our expectations and was so much fun! Josh and Adam were very knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and super funny. Had an overall amazing first time experience here thanks to the combination of such great coaches, activities, music and the environment here! I definitely recommend and will be coming back after these blisters heal.Visited this weekend for a one hour beginners course. It exceeded our expectations and was so much fun! This is the NUMBER 1 activity anyone and everyone should experience if you ever get a group of friends to go with! The staff provides a variety of game modes that manages to keep the activity fun and fresh. For $25 plus tax it's worth the 1-hour play time and 30-minute training package. Indoors. For Archery tag itself there are two giant rooms filled with obstacles and duck covers. The arrows, face helmet, and arm guard are provided to you along with the training on how to shoot and play safely. I have played here twice and have yet to see anyone seriously injure themselves, and that's thanks to the super professional staff that thoroughly explained things pretty clearly! Honestly the 1-hour game time is MORE than enough. Overall I strongly recommend Archers Arena Toronto. Tip: book 2 weeks in advance

Had a wonderful time and so many great activities. Great for birthday parties and Adam was great, very friendly and entertainin.

This isn't right. It shouldn't be this much fun to inflict violence upon your friends. To shoot them as they run away. To laugh maniacally when you get a clean head shot. I hope this doesn't awaken anything dark inside of me. Archers Arena is a hidden treasure within a bunch of commercial complexes near Downsview Park. Who knew that within these lame brown walls, there is a battlefield? A battlefield complete with a throne made of arrows, a meme wall, and 10,000 sqft of space rigged out to do combat. As the name implies, this is an archery tag place, but they also do Nerf gun wars which frankly, sounds AMAZING. Each game starts with a lesson from a coach, who is not only skilled in the sport, but also an effective teacher. Peter "The Paladin" was our facilitator, and not only was he a great coach, he was also a very chill dude. I've done archery tag once before and I find the instructions this time around were much more thorough. Explanations were very clear, safety precautions were drilled into our heads. It seems all of the employees there are passionate young people that take this job seriously but also have a lot of fun. The part where you shoot people lasts about an hour. The coach sets up 4 or 5 different games; some cooperative, some not. All of them are one side vs. another side. You definitely won't need to go to the gym that day because that hour is one intensive cardio session. You'll be running, jumping, hiding behind obstacles. It's the most fun I've ever had doing a full body workout. Despite the intensity, this place is very family friendly. We played our game with a bunch of little kids and nobody hated us afterwards (I hope). The arrows are foam-tipped and the bows are lightweight. And with each game costing about $35, it's no wonder tons of people have their birthday/bachelor/team-building parties here. Great financial and entertainment value! Whether it's to challenge your friends to a badass game, or to therapeutically take out your grudge on someone, Archers Arena is the place to do it. And with all of the weekday/Groupon/special event promos, you can unleash all of your rage and/or Legolas fantasies at a discount! (33/100) - 2018

Archers resolves common issues with commercial sports: Lack of Athleticism: For the athletically-challenged like myself fear not! Archers has equipment to accomodate any lack of arm strength or reflex, whether it be with their automatic nerf machine guns or light-weight bows. Plus, the workers are so down to earth and chill that they won't bat an eye if you need some extra help/training. They honestly care about your safety and enjoyment, so you'll be laughing along with them instead of getting frustrated with yourself! Safety for Most Ages: Now you may have a pre-existing notion that archery tag is dangerous. It can be, but the crew at Archers ensures your party has top tier safety by providing pre-match instructions and training, two referees, in house rules everyone follows to signal that something has gone wrong, as well as equipment and fixtures that are made of foam/inflatable material. That being said, this is an excellent choice for some kid-friendly family fun! Sanitation: Kudos to the crew for adamantly reinforcing high sanitation. Not only are the washrooms modern and clean, all helmets and equipment are sterilized after every use. Even if you're trying on several helmets, each one mustn't be placed back on the shelf but instead must be cleaned again. Keeping Yourself Entertained: In the lobby, you'll notice there is a plethora of play styles, and all the trainers can teach you each one so that your group has a mixture of games to play, even if you're only doing archery/nerf. Plus, if you're too tired to keep going but want to wait for your group to finish playing, then you can amuse yourself with the items in the lobby: a foosball table, a ''Game of Thrones''-themed photo shoot area, and the good ol' couches to rest on. Therefore, whether you're tired from playing or an individual who wants to sit out entirely, there's something for everyone. Holistically-speaking, Archers is a reasonably priced sports hub that gives you a bang for your buck with their quality service, policies, entertainment value, and equipment range.

Came here for the Yelp Elite event. This place is a warehouse converted in an Archer arena. Half of the warehouse is for Archery games and the other half for Nerf ball. We started off with a quick training session and some practice rounds shooting at targets. After that we geared up and played a few different games shooting at each other. It was fun and quite intensive. We also played Nerf ball. We were given a choice of 2 guns. A manual shooter with 30 rounds or an automatic shooter with 100 rounds. Also quite fun but less intense than archery games. The staff were friendly and the facility nice and clean.

Had a blast going here. Event was broken into three things: Archery tag, Nerf gun and dodgeball…read more Archery tag - You're given some practice shooting before going into the arena. I've done archery before so I finished this pretty quickly. If you're tall and/or have longer arms, I suggest getting the long bow (black). When playing, make sure your arm guard is securely attached. When you're running around, the arm guard can get loose and you'll injure yourself when shooting due to the whiplash. I know some people that bruised their arms this way. The matches can give you a rush when you're cornered and loading that last arrow. Nerf gun - This event was so so. Very early on, I realized the guns they had jammed very easily. Bullets don't fly that straight so I found that you had to run very close in order to get this shot. Sometimes when you get hit, you don't even realize since the impact is so soft, so this can be great for kids in terms of safety. Dodgeball - Great for cardio, working out your throwing arm and testing your reflexes. We played a few variations of the game such as having a medic that can revive down players, but once the medic is discovered and hit, the team loses. Make sure you're dressed appropriately and bring your own water!

He took him time to explain and assured a lot the way. This was fun, a couple of bruises on the arm as we were still rookies 5/5. Gun shooting: pellets and BB gun. Now this was probably the funnest activity. Matteous was instructor, he explained all the safety features, techniques and let us be. It wasn't as easy as it looks. We spent the time shooting our target with two different guns. Knife throwing: probably my least favourite & probably the hardest activity to master during one session. Aaron was our instructor, did an excellent job as well stayed with us throughout the whole experience providing feedback the activity it self was a 3/5 experience for us. Overall, this facility also sells equipment along with lessons. The place itself could use a bit of tidying up. The room was filled with boxes and random miscellaneous items & a bit dusty. The staff was attentive. Highly recommend coming to check out.
