There are not enough good things I can say about VaporTrail…read more The first time I needed a set of replacement strings on my bow, I had come across their company and decided to give them a shot. Since that time, they are the ONLY aftermarket strings and cables I've used on my bows. So far, I've only had experience with their VTX line of strings and cables, and the advertising is spot on. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the material. I usually pick up a few fps of speed with these cables, and they are very stable across variable temperatures; string creep is non-existent. The other side of VT that I love are their arrow rests. I am currently running the Pro-V on both of my bows and I couldn't be happier with them. Built solid; setup and tuning is a breeze. The only time I've considered changing rests is because I really have my eye on that Micro-Elite... which just looks awesome. But for now, I love the Pro-V, so I can't justify spending the money to replace something that is working perfectly. I have now purchased more than a few offerings from VT; strings, rests, accessories... all of them top notch. That is one thing I can say about VT without question; if its got the VaporTrail name on it, you know it's going to be quality. Just as important as a company's products, are the people who stand behind it. VaporTrail customer service is second to none. Thats not just my opinion, that is a FACT. I have never seen or experienced this level of service from any other company, in any industry. When you have questions or concerns, they respond immediately. They stand behind their products 100%. They will do everything that they can to assist you. Last year, I had an issue with my strings.... and it was actually due to something that I had been doing. But the guys over at VT worked with me, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I was blown away with their drive for customer satisfaction, and on that day they earned my loyalty. I can honestly say, from now on... if there is a non-factory string on my bows... they will be from VaporTrail. If you have not given them a look, or have been hesitant to make the jump... do yourself a favor and DO IT! You will not be disappointed... I do not hesitate to recommend VaporTrail to anyone. I didn't know what to expect from an archery club but what I can say is that you'll be in good hands with kind/informative instructors and learn in a fun, family friendly environment. They spend a great amount of time to explain the equipment and body form. They offer so many options for bows so you can feel comfortable trying out a variety. It's a really nice environment for a beginner. There were many families in the class so the age range was truly from under 10 years to parent/grandparent age. It didn't feel intimidating - rather a warm, inviting environment. If you're archery curious, I would recommend the beginner's course at Rapids Archery Club.

This park offers: archery & biathlon ranges, cross country skiing trails, paved & grass trails, picnic tables, benches, and the Glacial Ridge Nature Play Area (fort building sticks, log balance beam, boulder scramble, log climbing, tunnels, benches and water pump feature). We took an evening hike with the Elk River Park & Rec Department and explored a nice trail. They arranged to have a demonstration of the Biathlon at the shooting range.

Bobby helped me pick out the appropriate bow for my skill level and also would last a few years. He was attentive to my form and instructed me how to correct before I developed bad habits. I was shooting bullseyes in no time! Then came all the different scenarios that would mimic being in a deer stand or a ground blind. Practicing in these different positions really prepared me for the woods. I'm happy to report I harvested a deer within one year of picking up a bow!
