I've had issues arise and inevitably they've gone out of their way to quickly get a replacement part that I lost /damaged and more recently help me fix my neighbors port a lift. As I've aged they steered me towards replacement dock steps that are adjustable and perfect. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone who answers is always helpful. We were not disappointed at his experience. We met at the Windmill Marina in Afton, MN along the beautiful St. Croix River. Josh dropped his fishing boat in and took us out to his favorite places. I determined that my current location was near Everyday Disc Golf, and proceeded to confirm with the website that as it was 11:15am, the shop would be open. I arrived at approximately 11:30 to a locked business with no lights on, and a sign proclaiming the hours to be from 11am-7pm. I called the business phone number, and those hours were confirmed. I waited and watched two groups of would-be customers visit the store to no avail. One of the would-be customers asked some of the other businesses, and was told the proprietor generally rolled in around noon or so. NOON OR SO! If you are going to have a business with public hours that are available on the internet, a storefront sign, and in voice mail, maybe you should care enough to be open during those hours. I departed, and will not darken this doorstep ever again. I instead made the drive to a town known as Little Canada, to a store named Delta Disc Golf. You should too, because the good people there actually are present during store hours.
