We contacted the store speaking directly with the store manager to chase up our missing items - rather than rectifying our issue the manager argued with us over the phone stating that this was not his issue, the flake were packed in our order and they have been having issues with uber eats so we should take this up with the delivery service?! Shame on you Hunky Dory, take some accountability for forgetting our items rather than playing a blame game with your chosen delivery service. If you want only 3/4 of a meal you have paid for this is the store for you! Avoid this franchise at all costs!
