I called trying to verify that they had the size and color I needed and have them hold them. The person who answered the phone refused and referred me to the website. She said that the website was correct. Drove 45 minutes to find out they only had one pair and not in the color our team requires. Should have gone to Better Baseball to begin with. However the staff at Dicks was extremely nice and helpful while we were there.

Let me say that the customer service was amazing without pressure, I am a tough customer and a bit of a pain when it comes to what I want. I was so happy that I wore the shoes out of the store. Was told she was busy, what did we want. 1st gentleman got what he needed. We were asked what you want? Told her we wanted to look at one of the razors. She came back with, just look, you're not buying? We left. Stores are short staffed & doing work of 2-3 people, but that does not provide a reason to be rude. Target manager DO BETTER!
