Chip’s architectural career was deeply influenced by Nils Schweizer, an original apprentice of the renowned Frank Lloyd Wright. Nils, who as a young soldier witnessed the atrocities of Auschwitz during World War II, emerged from that experience with a profound dedication to enhancing the world’s beauty through architecture. We include the languages of Vietnamese, Spanish, English Nil’s caught the attention of Wright, who personally invited him via telegram to join the prestigious Taliesin School of Architecture. After his apprenticeship, Nils served as the project architect for Florida Southern College, a role that showcased his exceptional abilities and cemented his reputation. This campus stands out as home to the largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright’s designs in a single location. Years later, Nils became Chip’s mentor, entrusting him with a significant responsibility: leading a historical preservation project at Florida Southern College. Through this mentorship, Nils passed down Wright’s architectural DNA—principles of harmony, innovation, and purpose—that would shape Chip’s approach to his own work.

Then proceeded to double the price of our remodel. He is in business with his dad , Lockridge builders. They do not communicate well at all. They seem to play bait and switch. The party itself was nicely organized; different food options representing each office were placed around the office relative to their geographic position.
