Then proceeded to double the price of our remodel. He is in business with his dad , Lockridge builders. They do not communicate well at all. They seem to play bait and switch. Took a lot of money from us and we have nothing to show. I do not recommend this company as they are not honest. I'm not sure how they can feel good about ripping people off.
