However, the overall service quality did not meet expectations. An additional cleaner was brought in, and her comments about the scope of work and tipping were unprofessional. Several areas were also missed: the pool bathroom floor, the ceiling fan dusting, the front porch we had discussed, and the exterior side of the glass double doors. While some cleaning was completed satisfactorily, the lack of attention to detail resulted in a disappointing experience.
