We ordered some tiles for our kitchen through FC. To avoid freight charges of more than what the tiles cost, we picked them up at a third party warehouse, about 45 mins away. Upon entering, some pleasant employees were outside and directed us where to go. When inside, the man behind the desk, was very unhelpful. He asked what the order number was and I responded with that. His tone of voice replied with "that isn't one of ours" and I showed him the email and pointed of that was the order number as he requested. He then saw the reference number and said "I need that reference number." OK then and I thought to myself, I gave you what you asked before which was the order number, maybe he should've known what their company calls them! I was under the impression that we were an inconvenience to him because we were not a big ticket customer. He had no personality skills, as I am sure most of his job is done behind the desk. He concluded the pick up with "back your car up, they'll be out in a minute" . No thank you, nothing. My advice. Smile buddy, it goes a long way.

A number of years ago they transformed their dark old office into a nice bright space in order to showcase their pellet stove business. I purchased one of their top of the line stoves about 5 years ago, and run it from October to April. 24 hours a day. On a recent visit, I told them I was having a strange issue with the stove. They told me it was covered under warrantee. The guys came to my house, took the stove to the shop, made the repairs (and a few tweeks) and returned the next day to reinstall. It's back in place, ready to burn! You will not get this service from a big box store.

They literally wasted 2 months of my time, i now need over 30 replacement windows and even though the original windows in my home came from there where the manufacturer knows the sizes i need, i would never THINK of purchasing the replacements here due to there abhorrent customer service. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!

Someone took the time to label our cabinets as broken but never ordered new cabinets for us. Then the audacity to deliver broken cabinets to a customer's home? Apparently, we were expected to accept broken cabinets even though we paid for brand new cabinets? Multiple other drawers delivered to us were broken, then the replacement drawers delivered to us were the wrong color. It has taken about 3 months to finish installation because of all these errors. Please do yourself a favor and purchase kitchen cabinets elsewhere.
