I even called another fence company that said he would charge the exact same but was not going to be available for months so to go with Mr. Fence. We signed the quote and sent the deposit. We waited about a month which was when they said they would be available. I called each week after that only to be told we would be on the schedule the following week. Two months later they send out the installation worker who had no idea what the plan was and says he has to come back as this was not what he was expecting. They repairs the fence... I guess you could call it that... but they left over a 1 foot gap touching the ground at the bottom. I explained we were getting a puppy and the whole point of the fence is to keep our animals in and other animals out. They sent another installation worker the following week who fixed it and I would say it looked crappy but it worked. Less than a year later and parts of the fence that were supposedly soldering together have already come apart. I will definitely go elsewhere if we get those areas repaired.

I got the delivery yesterday and only received 3 of three 4 piles I was expecting. One minute after emailing the company about it today, I got a call from them. Turns out I had not ordered what I thought I was ordering! They explained that the loam tailings would be full of trash and gross stuff that I probably did not want in my garden bed or on my driveway. They also explained, very kindly, that after not being able to reach me at the time of delivery, they decided not to drop off that part of the order (and wait till I reached out). They asked what I was intending to buy and what I was going to use it for, and helped me find the correct fill for my beds. AND, they are delivering it tomorrow! The pricing was fantastic and the materials are amazing! Such kind and considerate customer service! As a young woman, I was expecting to feel patronized, but there was none of that at all! I made my first trip to AJT Supplies a few days ago, and I had such a great time there. Truly. I…read morerealize that it may seem odd to write that. Nevertheless, it's true. I decided on AJT because I saw on their website that they sell irregular flagstone by the piece, which I've been looking for. They had a ton to choose from in a variety of colors, and I was helped by the coolest dude who maneuvered the tricky pieces so I could check out some I couldn't get to on my own. He showed me a couple pieces he thought were interesting then loaded all I'd chosen to purchase into my car, some of which he'd shown me, as I paid inside. While I was there Kailey, who I've decided is the queen of AJT Supplies, also helped me with every aspect of selecting 3/4" river rock for my new garden project, which I will be ordering bright and early tomorrow. Kailey even gave me a tee shirt before I left. The queen, right? Amazing experience!
