They were knowledgeable, professional and very kind and patient with an old lady who wasn't sure where all the extra water and electric lines ran from previous landscaping jobs. It was over 100° every day. I kept trying to get them to take breaks, but they just kept at it. We had been waiting months for another landscaping company and gave up on them. He charged some of us $400 dollars to replace 2 valves and charged others $280 for the same repair. He didn't even replace the entire valve, only the top part that was easy to replace. When confronted with why he charged some people more for the same work, he said "well they just got lucky". He also told us he guaranteed his work 100%, but when replacing the valves didn't solve the problem he did not offer to look into any other repair. We were fortunate to find an honest person who found the actual problem, made the repair for $60 and its fixed! I don't normally do reviews but in this instance, I don't want any other senior citizens to be taken advantage of.
