The choice of our new name was significant as it held a personal connection and reflected the long history of our small, family-run business. The rebranding aimed to maintain the clinic’s familial atmosphere, which has been integral to its success over the years. I felt very comfortable with everything and trusted him totally. I knew it would take around 48 hours to feel a difference and the difference has been great! My movement has improved greatly and my posture is better already and I feel so much better in myself without the aches and pains. I've already recommended Simon to friends and work colleagues ,as working on a PC all day does not help . Unprofessional and judgemental attitude from Simon, I actually felt worse leaving than I did before I came in. Acted like I was doing him a disfavour being there and was annoyed when I was nervous about getting acupuncture. Cold, insensitive, patronising and couldn't have shooed me out of the door quicker. Felt so unwelcome and a complete waste of money for the displeasure of being treated like crap. Do not recommend!
