The hot towel treatment was a luke warm towel placed over my face before having my temples scrubbed and then the same towel used to wash the oil off my arms and chest' The treatment room was dirty and felt like a closet. No 'mood setting' at all!!! Awful place, waste of money! Not relaxing in the slightest - Much better places around!
