BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst place to purchase anything unless you want to be charged more than the pricetags. First time I thought it was an honest mistake... But now that it's happened multiple times, It's not a mistake. Check your receipts for any Items purchased over the counter, as you will likely get overcharged. Even is little as $0.50-$1.00 more than what's showing on their pricetags... it's dishonest. And if they're doing it with most of their customers, it adds up quickly. read more

It's employees like Devon who ruin businesses. Purchased a car wash and I put the code in before I drove in I realized I had things in the bed of truck . No worries I'll grab it out before I drive in. Car wash started anyway while I'm not in it. I walk back tell Devon he was soooo puzzled and was debating on if he should charge me for another car wash I explained that it started by itself and he can walk out and see it running a cycle without my car after a 20min debate and 15 people in line he print out a new receipt. read more

I've been trying grab a snack from this place many times between 12am -3am. It's always close . But yet the hours is still posted 24hr, 7 days . So what fuck is the Damn fucking hours really? I'm here fairly often... whether it's for fueling a company car or distributing a bunch of Powerade and Rockstars at work. The staff is quite friendly, always pleasant in their demeanor. It's not the cheapest place to get drinks and road snacks... but if I was after price rather than convenience, I would head to WinCo or Wally World. Unfortunately, credit cards aren't accepted here. And using a debit card will cost you an extra 35 cents. Can't say I'm particularly thrilled about that... Overall, the location is easily accessible and they typically carry what I need. read more

Decent gas station but it doesn't have the stretchy hoses to gas up from either side. So yeah I was that guy who pulled in and tried it and had to pull back around. Apologies to the dude in the white fusion that gave me the stink eye. You must be a regular. Car wash is pricey, like 11 bucks for the top wash but it's probably the best touchless wash in the Rancho / Folsom area. I didn't go into the store because I buy my beer at total wine. read more

Went in this morning about two packs of cigarettes in a cup of coffee I gave the lady $100 my change came out to $82 no big deal I go to pay my phone bill I have $72 in my pocket she shorted me 10 bucks on top of that I did not get a receipt I called to verify that they're drawer was over I called to verify that their drawer was over $10 and he wanted nothing to do with it would not talk to me wouldn't he didn't have the time so he says sounds like he's trying to cover for their little scam, lucky for them it was first thing in the morning so I didn't catch it. Even though there is a clean gas station, they made my 6 y/o grandson and me use the filthy bathroom outside. The gas pump would not stay latched and I had to stand there and hold on to the pump. read more

If I could give them zero stars that's what they would get. The owner/manager treats people horribly, to say they are rude at this gas station is an understatement! As noted in other reviews this behavior isn't just a "one off" day. I hope he doesn't have children or pets as I can't even begin to image what goes on behind close doors if he is this rude in public. read more

Was at the store this afternoon picking up some cigarettes and when I got back in my car it wouldn't start. I was so flabbergasted not knowing what to do. The tall gentleman of Indian decent working outside cleaning the pumps who looked like the manager walked up to me and offered to help. He jumpstarted my car with his own. He went out of his way to come help me which I was so grateful for so I won't be waiting for hours for Insurance people to come through. He didn't acknowledge me. I put pump away and he came out again and I waved it him like hi over here and as he started walking towards me he said don't wave your hand at me. Don't you do that to me. Cheapest gas in town. Clean store and very friendly staff. I stop there every morning to pick up coffee and snacks on my way to work. The manager and staff there goes out of their way to help the customers. My mom can't pump gas due to bad arthritis in fingers and the staff pumps the gas for her without any hesitation and a big smile. read more

I usually stop by this store for gas because it's cheap and on the way home. I just saw for the first time what will make this my last visit ever to this store. The manager or owner, a big overly obnoxious looking fellow, yelled over top of all the customer interactions in the store. It's a Friday at 530 mind you, so it's busy. This guy is yelling at the employees checking customers out to stock motor oil, and stop ringing up customers. The employees wanted to get us out. The manager, if you call him that, embarrassed himself by verbally abusing the workers and patrons here. A small child, a 5 year old, was getting a frozen drink on a hot summer day with a girl who had to be in her early 20s at most. This 40+ year old man, who works at the store, was yelling at her to get a mop and bucket after the kid spilled his frozen drink, and demanded that he pay for the spilled drink and clean it up before he could buy a second. She took the boy out of the store and refused because she was being mocked by the manager. I have seen a lot of crap in my life but this was by far hideous treatment. I walked out to catch the girl and asked her if she knew this guy, as the manager basically talked smack to her as she left the store calling her verbatim "poor trash." She said she's never been here before and she doesn't know him. Verbally abusing a 5 year old and a 20 year old over a spilled frozen drink. Real mature. Also confirming what everyone else said about being overcharged. I was charged 6.75 for a pack of 6 mini hostess donuts and a Starbucks drink. Plus a 35 cent debit card fee. Over a dollar and a half more than I expected when picking up the stuff from the prices on the shelf. Beware!!! read more
