2 poor experiences here with the same employee. African American man, around 6' tall, midsize build, in his 40s. The first time an elderly woman put cash on a pump and he put it on the wrong #. So she came in and told him and he told her to move her car. She asked for a refund, he wouldn't give it to her. So she moved her car to the other pump and it wasn't working so she came in again and told him and he argued with her telling her she wasn't doing it right. He said something to the effect of...I'm gunna go out there and show you it works and embarrass you. Dude, the only person you're embarrassing is yourself. Today, went to get a car wash and it stopped in the middle of the wash. Went inside to inform the man who said "so the car wash has been working all week and you're telling me you're the one who broke it, Im not buying that shit" um I didn't break anything and my car is parked right in front with soap still on it. He wouldn't give a refund. Wouldn't give a credit for a wash at a different time, just said we are out $15. Told me I have to call the manager or corporate office to get a refund so I asked for the number. He said he can't give that information out. So I took a photo of a paper on the door to the office that had phone numbers listed (photo attached in case someone else needs it, which according to the other reviews, is highly probable) and he told me I couldn't do that. read more

Went last night to fill up and get carwash code. Pump did not print receipt and shop was closed with no attendant. Took a picture of my pump to show amount of gas I bought and the pump number with a time stamp. Brought it by this morning, thinking they could give me a code. The attendant this morning said they couldn't do that and there was no phone number I could call. I asked is there anything they could do to reconcile and they said no, so I asked "so I am just out $14 now?" and he said "yep, nothing I can do" I have read this has happened to other people and you have just apologized. I left my phone number at the shop this morning. If you truly do not want this to be the experience, contact me and make it right. read more

I just bought a car wash at the pump, and as usual, my receipt didn't print. There's a note on the door that says 'be back in 15 minutes.' I've seen multiple people try to enter the business in the 7 minutes I have wasted sitting here, and I'm sure there will be multiple others before my 15 minute waste of time is over. This station is no longer owned by Raleys so they couldn't help me either. Visited in November 11th and did not get my points. The receipt states "loyalty offline". I went specifically to this station because I saved up points! The cashier charged me for a car wash. But the car wash was out of service. And cashier would not refund my $13.00 I called the home office to complain. Left my name and number...no results. I called again. No results. The polish is starting to wear off this place. Many pumps are out of order and the scanner for the bar code discounts on the grocery receipts aren't working. The attendant inside isn't able to scan the discount code to apply to your gas purchase. You have to pump your gas, then go inside, wait in line, and they give you cash for the discount. Not worth the time to save two dollars anymore. read more

It's a gas station and nothing truly spectaular other than I can go shopping at Raley's next door, get a coupon for gas and save some money. Raley's is typically expensive than Safeway's, but the convenience is great. Also, the Raley's car wash is a great price and works pretty well. I wish it cost $1 more and would actually get bird poop of my windows. Oh well, can't ask for too much. read more

I purchased a $13 Touchless car wash today. The arm that rinses the sides and top went over my car, but absolutely NO water came out. She told me today was the first day of the "new" car wash and it was different than the previous car wash (apparently spraying the sides of your car with water is not included in a $13 Touchless car wash). I went in and the clerk went out and watched a a car receiving a NON-touchless car wash and told me it was working fine; no one had complained (pretty sure I complained). I asked if anyone had selected a $13 Touchless car wash. She told me they didn't offer a $13 Touchless car wash. I showed her the sign and the $13 button on the kiosk for Touchless car wash. She left and returned with a $9 Non-Touchless wash code. By then other cars had lined up behind me, so I had no choice but to proceed (she did offer to have everyone backup, so I could leave). She told me that is all she could give me, because I didn't have a receipt (the kiosk did not print a receipt). I showed her the single $13 charge on my phone. She should have given me a new code for a $13 Touchless car wash and watched what happened (I even offered to take a video). Terrible customer service. I will not be back. I would have chosen no stars if it was an option. read more

Car wash is a waste of money and time. My car literally has dust on it which has been there for 2 weeks. I washed it previously by hand. The dust is still there. Spent 8 dollars on it and will just ask Wellsfargo to reverse the charges. I look forward to prime shine coming to town as their car washes are 8 bucks and do a good job. read more

I took my SUV through their new car wash after shopping at Raleys .when I got home I notice the top of my hood as well as along the whole left side was all scratched up. My neighbor came over who also owned dealerships I showed him he said your vehicle was damaged by the car wash. I called Raleys they said a third party bought the gas station and car wash, they gave me their number I call a nice young man said that the manager will be in tomorrow. I called and this manager Theresa said that it's not true that 2000 cars went thought and no complaints, well now I am your first complaint your new car wash did a lot of damage to my vehicle she didn't want to hear it! I got pissed off I Was not being nice I took it in, and she's like yea there's no way. This is a Cadillac Escalade ESV very expensive vehicle she didn't care a horrible person with no people skills this vehicle is a 2007 that has only 74 thousand miles in mint condition . she thinks because of the year it has to have damage no it doesn't .people if you have your vehicle at this car wash be careful to make sure it's not all scratches up. be careful and check your vehicles read more

Bought a $10 car wash today and unfortunately their car wash did a horrible job. I went back with my receipt in hand 4 hours later and asked TRE To correct the issue which honestly in my opinion to be able to go through the car wash again to properly try to get it cleaned was not much to ask. In my opinion I was inconvenienced and they should Credit me $10 plus a car wash. They declined to treasury it with an oh well attitude and told me the manager will be in tomorrow from 430am to 130pm and I could express my concern to her then. Really? So now I I need to drive there up and back 3 times to resolve this because you can't empower your staff to make the call as to whether my car looks clean or not. If this is not made right me and my family will stop coming here and will get our weekly gas fill ups at chevron or Mobil across the way since Tre was so quick to say we are not owned by Raleys anymore Pretty apparent the attitude and customer service of when Raleys did own them made a difference read more

Filled up my car with over $70 worth of gas today. The pump was out of paper for a receipt so I had to go inside and ask the clerk, who was a young man with zero customer service experience to the point of being plain rude! He asked me what pump I was on and I forgot the pump number, but directed him to where it was, (being most places know the numbers of their pumps by location) while he played dumb and asked me to walk back out there and look at the pump number or if I wanted him to walk out there and waste my time. As I was leaving, he mumbled something smartass to me! I hope everything was caught on camera. read more

I was trying to use a squeegee until I notice the rubber blade was coming off and store had attached it to the handle with a piece of metal wire. It wouldn't clean the windshield, but it could easily have scratched the car if I let it. I took the squeegee in to show the clerk, explaining that it wouldn't work but could scratch. She told me only that the squeegee was dripping. I told her again that the store shouldn't put a squeegee like this out. She told me again that I was dripping and I should take it out of the store. I told her I would put in into the trash for her. She replied that I couldn't throw out "store merchandize" and to hand her the squeegee. No apology. No hint that she understood there was a problem. Only that I was dripping the squeegee and it annoyed her. I handed her the squeegee and left. I presume she put it back out by the pumps. When I called Raley's to complain, I was told that Raley's doesn't own the stores anymore and they have received other complaints about the gas station's poor service read more

Thanks Yelp! Woot! Found a clean gas station with a quick drive through. Yes, lots of nice touches (gloves, stocked towels to pump gas and wash your windows). The vacuum machine just takes quarters, but it actually lasts longer than 1 minute-- enough to get the ickies out of my car from the kids before driving for my daughter's field trip. So I wanted to get my car a little spiffy before a girls day outing to wine country for some tastings and a hike. Nothing fancy needed just a little love since I usually only have my dog as a passenger and she's really bad about picking up her hair. Two vacuum pumps and the one with fragrance didn't have the suction power to pull up 1 dog hair. Vacuum number 2 was better but nothing better than my shop vac. Next, gas and window cleaning. Their squeegees are a joke. Ratty and couldn't pick up any of the bugs I've murdered with my windshield. No problem, I'll just run through the car wash. Half a disappointment in my car was still soaking wet and remnants of soap . I went into the gas station and they knew about the vacuum and just starred at me when I shared my other issues. He did offer me a $1 to use the other vacuum but when I told him I already had - he looked confused. I said you should have a sign up. Realistically I wasn't expecting a spa treatment as I am going to drive to the redwoods and get it dirty but the last 35 minutes were a waste. Hence gas station vs. $40 car wash. Better prices at nearby gas stations and you would do better on your own cleaning. read more
