They said they couldn't tell me until I come in so I come in and they say I can't talk to anybody until I fill out the paperwork with my insurance everything at this time in pregnancy I don't need to just be sitting around filling out paperwork just for them to tell me there's nothing they can do and I have to go to a different hospital. That's a waste of time. If I could give it zero stars I would because at least let me talk to somebody is go over if you can actually help me or not versus me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes or however, long.

TBH, this might be the best primary care I've ever actually experienced, including times when I did have health insurance. They charge me a monthly membership fee. I have been able to get care for various things, like when I had Covid, or when I needed lab work, & also dealing with GAD. Staff is amazing. Staff at the front desk is always friendly. It's a friendly and pleasant place to go. I've never waited longer than ten minutes in the waiting room. They are located downtown, just a couple minutes from the square. I really like SHELBY ALLEN, their Nurse Pract. I've seen her multiple times, she makes me feel really comfortable and she is wicked smart. I strongly recommend Walden to anyone in Ocala. And if you generally hate going to a doctors office, or find it stressful, Walden will probably change that for you.

Direct Primary Care is a breakthrough in our otherwise broken health care system. If you don't have it, then find a way to get it. Now, let's talk about Dr. Steed. Warm and funny from the word "go", Dr. Steed puts you at ease, but also is unafraid to tell you what you need to hear. My five children do not mind going to the doctor at all, because Dr. Steed is kind and empathetic, ready to laugh and even have fun with his patients. His staff goes above and beyond to make office visits convenient, and everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. If there is something concerning me, I send a message on my Spruce app, send pictures, etc. I usually hear back from Dr. Steed or a member of his staff in a very short time. No worried waiting. And so far, he's been able to take care of everything. So we are a very satisfied family. I highly recommend that you look into direct primary care and sign up with Walden. My daughter's PCP recommended Dr. Reddy, who is a man when my daughter and I usually prefer female specialists. However, Dr. Reddy's office was accommodating, and my daughter was seen by Dr. Reddy's assistant who was very nice and showed concern for my daughter's situation. All of the staff there were very nice. We have only had one visit there and I am hopeful that the impression that we got is real and that we have found the right fit for our health needs.

The previous allergist I saw in Tampa only texted me for shellfish and seafood and nothing really conclusive came of it. Thankfully Dr. Stewart was able to figure out that I am allergic to garlic and onions (they're in everything.) He is incredibly kind and knowledgeable of allergy. He provides care with what's best in mind. He listens to my concerns and is encouraging to come back if something doesn't work out. The staff at this location is very nice and willing to work with you for scheduling. Overall just a nice place with nice people and I really would recommend Dr. Stewart for anyone in the area in need of quality and caring allergy care.

I was referred her by my pediatrician after my daughter developed symptoms of pink eye. We arrived about 7pm, waited for about 15 mins, and then were escorted to an exam room. The lady who took us back was so rough with our daughter trying to get her vitals. She couldn't get a good reading for her oxygen or blood pressure and even struggled with getting her temperature. She eventually gave up and said the Doctor didn't really need it. After about 10 mins, the Doctor came in. He was so rough with my daughter. He was grabbing her face so hard. He looked at her so quickly I don't think he could even make a proper diagnosis. He just went based off of what we said as her parents. Definitely wouldn't recommend for patients with babies. The pictures are 2 days after her appt. Bruise is still dark and is the shape of a fingertip.

We made the appt…read moreonline, had a doctors script and he showed up on time only to be told IN FRONT OF EVERYONE in the waiting room that his sample could not be taken because they only test POST VASECTOMY. This office is useless. We tried to get a sample cup the day before and some obese young girl refused to give us the cup because we didn't have an appt that day even though we needed the cup for the appt the next day. They are absolutely worthless and needs to be fired. Talk about HIPAA violation.
