The waiting room was very clean with more than enough seating and there was a lady that welcomed me when I came in. She also cleaned the Kiosk after every person used them and was very helpful with instructions on how to sign in. My technician, Stacy was gentle taking my labs and was just so kind. Stacy deserves to be recognized for her quality work. Not that I like having my labs done because it usually hurts a lot but not with Stacy. In the future, I will definitely look forward to the outstanding care and service this office gives their patients.

There are not many Quest locations in Ocala and with a full time job and having to fast, choosing a location that works with my schedule is always fun. I only visited here maybe 3 times because they no longer provide weekend appointments or there are limited times on the weekend that do not work for me. Every time I have visited, the processes went smoothly. I did not wait long each time and each phlebotomist was professional. The phlebotomists are always friendly and are great engaging in conversation, which I love because it distracts me. Getting blood every three months is a huge pain in the ass so its nice when they make it as pleasant as possible. This location was clean, neat, sterilized, and well stocked.

At one point pre covid there was a human being to check you in, now it's all automated with kiosks. The rooms inside are spacious & every worker is friendly & kind & ridiculously speedy at their jobs. Highly recommend!

This woman was not new to the work, just new to Quest.. The training, direction, oversight, and eyes on interaction between trainers and trainee was beyond impressive.
