They said I needed to pay my last bill before they would even do an estimate. I explained that I had to have D-1 Delivered to stop the flooding that costs more then the final bill. I also explained that the first estimate to fix the grassy area was 1,200. So I will not be paying them unless they can work something out with fixing the issue. They called me today and threatened me on the phone (calling my husband's chain of command and taking me to court). She was extremely unprofessional and told me "If I had gotten off my Butt and cleared my own snow , "Like your husband told you to." then I wouldn't be in this predicament. I would like to ask that my friends choose not to use the services of Plow Kingz.

At the beginning we told them when you see such and such that goes in the garage, all the boxes are labeled, and there's one item of furniture that goes in a specific room. We had to say no more. There was no repeated "where does this go?" Or "what about this one?" questions. All of our things were handled with care and they even removed thier shoes on our uncovered carpet areas (it was raining outside). If you're moving or need maintenance things done, call them. You won't be disappointed. They are personable and professional, but most of all extremely efficient and pay attention to detail. Most definitely doing business with them again.

The booking process online was useless, the phone coordinator who I believe was the guy in charge the day of the move didn't lead me to believe that my day was properly booked and when they showed up the actual muscle in the move was late. The guys who did the bulk of the moving were good. They handled our stuff with care for the most part or so it seemed. And they took care to not damage the rental house we were moving out of. I tried booking them for three hours to ensure things were done right and that I wouldn't be needed to do anything but oversee what they were doing. We didn't have many big things to move. But one of the things we did have was a king size storage bed that upon unloading the truck was absolutely wrecked. Multiple chunks missing from the drawers. They stacked the frame of the bed exposing the rails the drawers go in and stacked boxes it. We haven't opened up many boxes yet but needless to say I'm pretty worried at what I'm going to find. The guys who unloaded the truck made the comment that they will never see me again so why would they care. And that's exactly how it feels. I paid them for the job they did, as crappy as it was and they will never have to see me again so who cares. Needless to say I would advise NEVER using this company for moving services until someone takes the reigns of the business who actually cares about the job on the departure and arrival side and the happiness of the customer.

Then I saw a Blue trash dumpster on a neighboring street and was so excited. I called and got everything set up right away and it's been about 4 years now. This should have been our third move with Clean Out Kings, the first move with this company was a tad rough due to traffic and them booking services too close together time wise. HOWEVER in that instance there was total communication and honesty(extensive delay). My mother called needed their moving services for this past weekend on Sunday, initially she was told they would pick up a truck at 10:00 am and be at her place by 10:30.....then she received call stating they'd be there at 12:30...then after 12:30 came and went, they finally returned her call saying he was in church(after 3:00PM mind you). We were then told 5:00 or 5:30....then later called and old 7 or 7:30 pm on Sunday night. The last communication received was last night on 10/1 at nearly 7:00 pm stating that they would have to come at 7:30AM Monday morning......and GUESS just GUESS what...... its 10:24 AM on 10/2 and this company has not responded to text messages, emails, or phone calls. At this point it's a pattern of grossly unprofessional behavior. After our previous experience with this company I NEVER wanted to use them again. However we were counting on them and taking the man that we spoke with over the phone at his word as he continued to guarantee that he was able to provide the service we booked. I can understand one mishap however stringing a potential customer along knowing your services are needed is just SAD. If Clean Out Kings was too booked to do this move, or didn't have the resources ie truck or men, they never should have accepted the job. Needless to say I'll pop popcorn one kernel at a time before EVER recommend them or attempt to do business with company again. Thankfully after explaining the situation to Superman movers early this morning they were able to get my mother on the schedule this morning and get her moved.
