But as uncle Sam says "with great power comes great responsibility. They have held that responsibility in some areas while abusing it in some other aspects of their business. This is however a public company and shareholders are always hungry for the rise of their shares. This stores design is modern, simple and beautiful with live devices to try out without the intimidation of customer server asking if you need any help. Which brings us to the next point which is customer service. I have found the customer service at this store to be generally very good. They have a large amount of staff to help people out with their queries fast and reliably. So Telstra, bring those prices down and please offer to give your customers some more data allowance without emptying their wallets and I promise that I will renew this review (given that Yelp will still allow me) a five star.
