They all give different answers, even though they work for the same agency. Their response for me having to go back to the city a third time for missing something was "we are humans we make mistakes too". I had requested to keep a copy of a letter of mine that has my PII on it and their response was "this was emailed to our office we will shred it" and she laughed knowing well that copy would have helped me. They are very rude and unprofessional.
