This turned out to be a great referral. Jake came out immediately and began the process of getting the windows ordered. He worked with the manufacturer to get replacement windows that matched our current windows as closely as possible as our model was no longer available. He installed the windows in one day and left no mess. He coordinated with the stucco company so that the front of the house was only torn up for a few days. When they delivered the windows, the Andersen window was cracked really bad. Everytime I contact Danny at Peak Glass he says the replacement windows come cracked. He never notifies me or anything. I have to be the one to call. We are having my cabin for a Parade Home and we sure won't be recommending this company. The cracked window in the top of my vault is still cracked and Peak Glass doesn't care since they got paid in full.
