I've never been treated this poorly for healthcare I paid for. good news is there are several…read morenaturopaths in Calgary just as knowledgeable that appreciate having patients. the staff at this clinic isn't one of them.

SO RUDE. If I could give a zero I would. I spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone to get an…read moreappointment and move on with treatment as I was diagnosed with MS and need to get care asap. The receptionist was so rude and talking over me telling me "ok, right, thank you" before I could ask a question to clarify what she was saying and meaning as her accent was obviously hindering our communication. I was trying SO hard to be calm and clear and kind as I hate getting annoyed and being rude. They wanted me to pay $250 a week in advance for my phone consultation/initial appointment with Haggerty and then I had to go hunt down my medical records for the good Dr or pay their office for all the tests they would request because "they are private". DEEP BREATH. Then the Receptionist phoned me back to cancel my appointment because she ran my cc that was supposed to be on file (I have a special one I use for just such occasions), she originally told me that my card would be charged immediately after my phone appointment with the Doctor which is normal but then called me back to cancel my appointment because the card did not go through and tell me I am out of luck. Thanks for NOTHING except for increasing my stress while I am sick and can't afford more stress. Also, taking money before providing your treatment is not normal practice and reeks of being a money grab. I guess I should be thankful this happened because by the sounds of other reviews and experiences, I dodged a bullet when vulnerable. You all should do the same and spare yourself s the abuse.
