Don't call them. They came over to do an estimate, and told me they would have the estimate ready in two days. I needed it for my insurance. After over a week, I get a text message asking me to review the services they provided. So I contacted them. They told me my project was too big for them even though is was just a repair after a sewer back up. All the cleaning and treating had already been done by Servpro. I just needed someone to put my floors back in. They weren't going to notify me that they turned down the job. They were literally leaving me in limbo waiting when they knew right away I needed to contact someone else. Now I'm further behind in my repairs because of the time they wasted of mine. If you want to get your project done in a timely manner, contact a different business even if you have to reach out to a further away one. read more

I saw how good a garage floor could look at the WGEM Home Show, and asked them to come out and check out our two car garage. After about 2 hours, we came to a color and style and in about a month, two techs came and did the job. From time to time as they worked, I took a few minutes to observe. The guys were careful, expert in their work, and did an amazing job. The garage floor looks great, and while you might not think of it adding to the look and appeal of such an unimportant place to spruce up, it actually makes for a really pleasing look and rid us of those pecky oil stains that made the unfinished floor look pretty nasty. Odd to think that finishing a garage floor and the concrete sides can make such a difference. But it did. read more

Contracted Area Home Services to strip, sand and refinish hardwood floors. While the agents were professional and honored schedules, the work was subpar at best. They had to come back to redo the floors and many of the same issues remained. Closets were not done properly if at all. Some spots were glossy others were matte. The finish coat was not put on in the direction of the wood grain so it is very streaky. I would not recommend them for hardwood floor restoration. read more
