So, I ordered some exercise bands over 2 months ago and I still have not received them. I have tried to reach customer service multiple times and mostly gotten no response. the one time I did get someone, they said that they had been shut down due to hurricane damage. I was very understanding and they said that they would be back open soon (March 9). I have tried to check back again now and still nothing. read more

100% recommend, I was greeted with the owner taking time out of his day to help me with all my needs in the store he was also very kind, I went in looking for some creatine and knee sleeves and got in a long conversation with him about powerlifting. I told him about how I had slightly hurt my back recently and he gave me CBD cryotherapy cream completely for free! I can't recommend enough very kind great place, support local businesses! read more

Consistent delays and lies in the office of promised dayes and calls. No calls since the order was purchased. Finally I gave up forst of Dec, yes, December. Tried calling, now closed during the week even though I was told in Oct that they would be open thru out the winter. Omission of details is still lying. I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.
