They are not only incredibly skilled, but they also take the time to truly connect with the students. Their encouragement, patience, and ability to challenge kids in a positive way have made a huge difference for our family. One thing that really stood out is how welcoming and helpful the students are. As a new student, my 11 year old daughter felt supported right away. The other students were kind, encouraging, and eager to help her learn. Since joining, she's made amazing progress...not just in her jiu-jitsu skills, but in her confidence, too. We found another solution and had called to cancel our membership. We were told the membership was canceled and all set. We then received a charge of $230 after we canceled so we called again. We were told that someone missed something and that it was now for sure canceled. We receive another $230 charge so we call again. We were told it was a mistake and that they had notes it was canceled. We wait a week and now we are being followed up with and saying we have to cancel formally via this form. I'm sure there will be another $230 charge any day now. Complete and utter incompetence at your business.

I have been an EOS member since they took over the old Golds Gym location on Gilbert and Baseline. I've done my fair share of group fitness classes but to be honest I have never cared for them much mostly because I don't like being told what to do lol. Jennifer is absolutely insane in the best way. Her classes are not for the faint of heart but if you push through it I promise it will be one of the best workouts you ever had.
