I noticed that there was a promo running…read morea few days after I signed up, and I wanted to know why this was not offered to me when I signed up. So I called and spoke to a MANAGER. Rather than tell me that this promo was not running then (which he did not know for sure), he exclaims to me that the promos change every day, and they strictly only run for 24 hours. I pointed out that the current promo shows that it is good for more than 24 hours. It literally said that it was still good for 1 day, 9 hours, and 29 minutes. How can he say they ONLY run for 24 hours? He didnt like that. He kept saying that what I was describing is not correct. I asked him what promos were running the day I signed up. He then went quiet and suddenly hung up the phone. I immediately called back and spoke to another manager. He told me that what happened was unacceptable, and that their area manager would speak to him. That is great and all, but it still didnt answer my question. Now I feel disrespected and taken advantage of by this gym. They had promos running, they just refused to share them with me. They just saw dollar signs. I had already canceled my personal trainer because as I thought about it more, they have a 4-month commitment to all training, except the initial 1. That would be $800, and that's just too expensive, so I canceled after 2 days, never having used it. When I came in after canceling, the manager of personal training, Manda, was very aggressively asking why I canceled and not really accepting my reason. You could see it in her smirk. So when I realized I had been duped by her at sign up, I just canceled my entire membership. I was told I have 30 days to cancel, and I had only had it 1 week at this point. They tried to tell me that there is a cancelation fee for the membership. I explained that I will not be paying that, as I was within the first month. If I waited more than 1 month to cancel, then yes, that would make sense. Not when I canceled after a week for reasons having to do with their behavior, nothing I did. They will not ever see a dime from me after this. I do n9t recommend giving these people your money.

Sometimes I did my own thing and sometimes I took classes. I really thought I was getting decent exercise. Then I had a friend convince me to come to one of these classes on arm day and I realized that I was so much more weak and out of shape than I thought I was. This boot camp is run out of the gym at a church and is designed by the owner/trainer Jeff and his wife Jessie. It alternates between weight training days (arms/legs/full body) with conditioning days. There is always a bit of a cardio element to the weight training days and conditioning usually has lighter weights/higher reps and running/sprints. It is ALWAYS different and never boring. The best thing about it is that all you have to do is drag your butt to the gym and Jeff will do the rest. The workouts are about 45 minutes long, but they are hard. Jeff does a great job of guiding newbies, and will help anyone modify exercises if they are too tough. He will push you, though. So, here I am 9 months later and in WAY better shape than when I started, but I still have a ways to go. There are a ton of men and women that have been members for a lot longer and are in such amazing shape. It's great for me to see them kill workouts because it's inspiring. Also, everyone here is super duper nice and encouraging. It really is like a family in the best way possible. I can't thank Jeff and Jessie enough for everything they do at TeamFit. It has changed my life for the better, and I can't imagine ever stopping. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

He will sit down with you from the beginning, do simple things like health history, past exercise routines that work for you, age related issues, and he will do a free session to get a feel for what you need. It's nice to have a trainer ask you what your goals are, how you can achieve them, and how he will and can help you do that. There's cardio equipment, weights and it's a real gym with pretty much everything you need. BTW Frank is moving into a bigger place with more activities being added so everyone who is an aerobics class junkie, a weightlifter, a person needing to lose weight, to a kid wanting to gain muscle or definition, anything you need fitness wise it will happen here. Another thing that is so great about TNT Fitness is that Frank will call you when you want to miss an appointment because well you just don't want to go to the gym, or you're tired sore etc. Frank doesn't yell or demean you, sorry Jillian fans. nor is he like Bob he's not going to hold your hand to make you put down the cheeseburger. Frank is a great trainer, he is supportive, helpful, and will tell you like it is. Whether you want to hear it or not is, well up to you. My main issue was with the flooring of the entire park. I'd like to see them do something to make the sidewalk more comfortable for the 99% of people who are walking around barefoot. All of our feet hurt from walking around on the really hard concrete. I guess I'd recommend you wear water shoes if you have them. We used a Get Out Pass and the whole process was seamless. It's worth getting because just a trip to Sunsplash is pretty much the same price as a Get Out Pass and you get so much out of it. I don't know if I'd go again because the cost is pretty high.

We actually had to reschedule due to a dust storm a week before and the staff was very accommodating. There is something to do for everyone here! Surfing, boogie boarding, playing in the water, cliff jumping, and even volleyball. So much fun! The sand and beach chair area is a nice touch to give it that true beach feel. Being a Friday night, it was very busy and tons of teenagers there. The cliff jumping was packed but still very fun! Plenty of space for older and younger kids to all participate together. Lifeguards are always present. At the end of the night they stop surfing and let everyone go the whole way into the wave pool which is a blast! Probably the most fun part. Only giving it a 4 star for a few reasons. Line/wait was very long even with pre-purchased tickets. Everything is very pricey! Lifeguards need microphones or something - yelling basically was pointless. Felt crammed in the seating area and beach part. No outside beverages, water, or food is extreme for families. Overall, it was a very fun night and awesome way to beach the heat! Would come back again for sure!

Needless to say, I left happy before I even hit the water. The surf lagoon is the obvious star of the show. Having waves crash onto a white sandy beach is a pretty awesome experience, especially here in Arizona. There were plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and shaded areas, so it never felt like we were fighting for space. The diving pool was another pleasant surprise. There are multiple platforms to jump from, and the lifeguards allow enough freedom to have fun without making the experience feel overly restrictive. If you're feeling adventurous, they also offer body surfing and surf lessons. The amenities were solid as well. The bathrooms were clean, spacious, and had plenty of changing rooms and stalls. Lockers are available to rent, which is a nice convenience if you're bringing the family. We also grabbed food while we were there. No, it isn't five-star dining, but that's not why you're here. More importantly, it was genuinely better than I expected for a water park. What impressed me most was the overall atmosphere. It was energetic without feeling chaotic. My family had an absolute blast, but somehow the park still managed to feel relaxing and comfortable--something I can't say about many water parks. We'll definitely be back.

I love this gym! I really appreciate beIng able to work out in a clean environment and find what I need because everything is always in its place. The lay out is nice and comfortable. I even see they've recently expanded! I've been working out for nearly a year now and haven't even utilized half their space yet, YES there's that much they offer! This gym is neat but what makes it such a great gym is the down to earth staff (Dakota, Emily, Liselle, etc. ) I have to shout out Raquel, she's a literal sweetheart, she is an amazing front desk associate. Super friendly and great personality. My favorite face to see at the front. Braxton is an amazing member of the sales team. He's also really friendly and makes me feel welcome whenever I walk into greenfield. He really deserves some recognition. They also have a great childcare. I don't use it much because bringing kids to a gym is more of a hassle. The gym being 24 hours I rather adjust my schedule than drag two kids in but it's such a nice facility, me, a protective parent, wouldn't even mind dropping off my children for two hours if I needed to!! Seriously, I don't let just ANYONE watch my kids but there's plenty of the child care staff I trust enough to workout with a peace of mind. Jayda, Jaden , Alayna you guys can watch my kiddos anytimee! (Lot more really fun child care staff). I truly appreciate the child care team! The reason they win in my eyes with my kids and I'm sure others is you can give the staff (reasonable) requests regarding your child's care and they follow through! When i signed up i really thought this gym was gonna be different. Thought that they werent going to nickel and dime me and be super scummy. I was proven wrong. Upon signing up they said they would waive the first month fee and I would just have to pay the $50 yearly service fee. That didnt happen, i was charged the full 75, but i let it go because I wanted to stay positive. About 6 months later i had a weird week were there was no money in my account so the auto withdrawl was off by one day. They decided without telling me that they were gonna go ahead and charge me a $25 fee on top of my monthy charge for that. I call in immediately upset i spoke to a young lady let her know this is ridiculous and i want to cancel and a refund. She apologized and said okay. She said she had to mail out the check? Which i found ridiculous in 2019, also i found it crazy that they fully charged my card with no room to void the charge without my permission. I accept the deal knowing that i will never see the check and to just move on with my life. No joke i woke up this morning to another monthly charge from them. I called in furious and got the worst customer service ever. The manager Logan even tried to blame it on me! She said well we tried to call you back but you didnt answer. Why would u have to call me back if i already said to cancel my account and you said okay. This people are scummy and cannot be trusted. Beware. Really hoping im fully canceled now but im sure there will be some new excuse next month. read more

Have been a member at EOS fitness for a while now, this location opened very close to our house. We have the membership that allows you to use multiple clubs. Went to this gym off of Greenfield yesterday and asked the front desk if I could have an aerobics step board to use for my work out. The baseline and Gilbert EOS has them on the floor for anyone to use whenever and wherever they please. The manager said to the employee who asked him to grab me a board, that he couldn't get into the room that they are stored in???? Ur the MANAGER, yet you don't have access to a locked aerobics room???? SINCE WHEN. the manager REFUSED to accommodate this simple request, and did not even bother to come out and try to resolve anything with me as an upset member. Funny how when I told the baseline/Gilbert Front desk about the situation, the employees rolled their eyes in complete annoyance and disbelief that the manager would do this. I will not work out at this gym again. I'll stick to the gyms that accommodate their members on simple requests. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREENFIELD/BASELINE EOS Fitness..... stick to Gilbert/baseline or ANY OTHER LOCATION. UNTIL GREENFIELD HIRES A MANAGER THAT ISNT LAZY AND MAYBE CAN AT LEAST ACT LIKE THEY CARE bout the gyms members, at least PRETEND. read more

I joined this club with the Sales Manager, Mitch, for 1 free week. I was told I could cancel within the 7 days and not be charged. I called the club to cancel and was told I had to call another number to cancel. I did and was told that I would have had to give 5 days notice to not be charged...which means I would have had to cancel 2 days within my free week, and that it would be reviewed. So I called the club back to speak with Mitch and was told he would call me in 10 minutes...25 minutes later I called him and left another message with the staff guaranteeing me that he would call me. I called back an hour later with the staff telling me that Mitch, the Sales Manager was gone for the day without returning my call. Some other clown got on the phone and when I asked for an email confirming my cancellation, he just put me on hold without even asking and never came back. I had to hang up and call back! I'm not asking for anything out of the ordinary...just an email confirming my cancellation on today's date and that I won't be charged. Extremely unprofessional staff...except for the sweet girl answering the phone that did her job over Mitch and that other clown that got on the phone and decided he couldn't help me. I will NEVER recommend this club to anyone. read more

I just moved to Arizona from NYC and I must say I am absolutely amazed at EoS Fitness! The gym blows away anything (even those insanely expensive trendy gyms) that the east coast had to offer. For starters, the gym is huge, and always spotless and clean. Some gyms are cringeworthy when you go into the locker rooms, not here at EoS. It is incredibly large and clean, plenty of lockers and the sauna located inside. As far as the gym itself, I don't even know where to begin, extensive selection of varying cardio machines, plenty of free weights, machines, cable machines and the most squat racks I've ever seen in any gym. Plenty of stretching areas and great area to put together a HIIT circuit. Another plus is the separate movie theater room to do cardio where they change the movie selection daily. Also, I need to check out the pool too. My girl love it as well and the child care is great. All of this for a great price and the staff is super friendly and helpful all the time. read more

Absolutely my favorite place to be! Joining EoS is just about the best decision I've ever made! I spent a lot of time comparing the pros and cons of different gyms: LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, EoS. Finally decided to try EoS. And boy am I glad I did! I was in love from the first moment I walked through the doors. Pros: 1)The gym is always spotless 2)The equipment is top notch and in fantastic shape 3)The locker room is huge, clean, and lit perfectly 4)Cardio cinema (need I say more?) 5)Water fountains and bottle fillers to stay hydrated 6)Friendly and professional staff 7)Did I mention cinema with cardio equipment? Cons: 1)No mattresses so I can spend 24 hrs there XD I can hardly express my love for this place! I walk in every morning and I'm greeted by the smiling staff (shout out to Sofia!), pump myself for an hour and a half, shower and head on out, the staff always wishing me a good day! Been going to this gym since they opened up and I love it. I like the gym, the equipment, pricing is reasonable and the daycare hours really do accommodate parents needs unlike other gyms that I've been to. The staff are friendly and I like to give some shout outs to Miranda who works in the kids fun house, Logan who works the front desk, and Mike in sales. Miranda does a good job with the kids and and provides great customer service every time I check them in or have questions. Mike and Logan also provide excellent customer service as well but also went above and beyond when my bag got stuck in the stair master. Totally my fault since I left my bag by the machine but they assisted in helping me get it out. Mike offered to lift the machine while I tried to yank it out, unfortunately that didn't work so Logan offered her assistance by grabbing a screwdriver, opened It up, and I was able to get my bag. The best gym in the valley. Open 24 hours already places it ahead of the competition. Sign up was a breeze and the sales staff explained pricing clearly. Front desk has always been friendly and informative and have never found anyone away from the desk. Wide range of equipment including Olympic platforms and a turf area with kettle bells, slam balls, prowler sleds and tire flip apparatus...plus a spin class room and cardio theater. I train early in the morning and have never had a problem getting to the equipment I need. It can be busy on the weekends and evenings but what gym isn't. Never had a problem with billing but if I did I wouldn't hold that on the gym as that is handled by an outside organization and not the location itself. Its location is in a strip mall setting with shared parking so any critique of parking is irrelevant. Overall it's a great place to go and workout. read more

So, I've been to 4 different EoS locations in the valley; Tempe, Baseline, Alma School, and S. Higley. The Greenfield location has to be the best location. They're the largest gym, having the most deadlift/squat racks out of all of them, a total of 6. They free weight area is huge! So even when they're busy you still have lots of room to navigate. Lots of cardio; 3 fan bikes and lots of stairmasters, 10 I think, and much more. Any damage equipment was repaired within 24 hours. As for the staff, they're truly amazing. I had the prilvilage to train with one of their best trainers, Liselle West who helped me get to my desired goals. I've attended their yoga classes, which I enjoy very much especially with Kim on Monday evenings. Clean locker rooms and pool. Any issues that came up were immediately taken care of. I'm sure there's more I left out, regardless I highly recommend this gym. read more

My Husband and I signed up a month ago. We absolutely love this gym. We walked in told the front desk we wanted to sign up they introduced us to Mitch and told him what our plans are for the gym he suggested the membership and kids club and we signed up. Mitch was upfront about the monthly cost and annual fee. We love the gym, staff and classes! The EOS Kids Club- We have 2 kids that are in kids club! My son signed up for a membership with a personal trainer in May. The trainer he was given quit and my son was still charged the $156 every two weeks. He requested a new trainer and that one made one appointment and never called back to schedule more. Yet he was still being charged. In June I called to complain and they froze his account and gave him a trainer. The trainer Mario made two appointments with him and only when his account was frozen. July comes around and they start charging again and no trainer. In August my son got accepted to NAU and let them know on the 21st he was moving. They continued to charge his account. After me personally going there and being a "Karen" I finally got a district manager email. Took three days to respond and finally my son was refunded. I wouldn't recommend this gym to my worse enemy. read more

I would come to this place just for the kids club. My 2 1/2 year old is currently non verbal, and so handling him just takes some extra care. Serena, the manager, has worked with me and has been so patient and understanding. She amazes me. She communicates with the other staff member how to work with my son and I'm just amazed at their willingness to go above and beyond to help him get used to being around new people and learning how to handle situations when people don't understand him. Every single staff member in the kids club is also so wonderful. They'll come up and talk to me about how he did that day, and are so sweet with him, and will listen to me when I voice concerns. Even if it's just for an hour a day, this interaction between the staff has meant so much to me. I'm so impressed by them every time I go. read more

I feel like Josh in sales has an issue with me because whenever I record a few seconds of me working out, he always comes up to me and tells me not to. I don't sit there and record for hours. Just a few seconds of whatever I'm doing. EVERYONE records and uploads it to their social media these days. Including employees. You can't walk into a gym and not see someone recording. I signed up at EōS because a fitness influencer who has 300k followers works out at your gym. Apparently Josh also likes to talk about me to other employees but little does he know I'm friends with most people at that gym. I used to love this location but because of him, I will be switching gyms. It's a shame because the coaches, front desk, and sales people are absolutely phenomenal. I made Yelp specifically so I could leave a review on this gym. I have been a member for a couple months now and have experience some frustrations since the reopening of this business, however my experience changed today. I called in with some questions/concerns regarding my account and spoke to Anisa at the front desk. Her customer service was outstanding and overall she was a phenomenal person to speak with. She was able to answer all of my questions and ultimately calmed me down during the phone call! She was also a pleasant conversation, getting a few laughs in there between us. I love this gym! I have been going here for a few months and they have always been nothing short of amazing. I train with Dakota every so often and he is so friendly and nice. Today I went in to do training and my blood sugar dropped really fast. Dakota brought me a Gatorade and Doc, the fitness manager, came with a wet towel and made sure I felt fine and was good to go before I even left. He helped me through everything and was amazing. I couldn't have asked for more of an amazing gym than EOS for the simple fact that they noticed I was going down hill and came to the rescue fast. I have been a LA fitness guy for a while. I couldnt stand the gym. Didnt matter which one I went to it always felt uncomfortable and more like a fitness show. I came and checked out eos and I was sold! Danny took me around a walk through and I was sold. The gym atmosphere felt good and being open 24 hrs was awesome. I was most impressed because Danny was down to earth and not some muscle bound meat head trying to shove things I didn't need down my neck like the trainers at LA fitness. I've brought in several friends from other gyms and and they are switching too. You can't beat a great gym and great staff like Danny who are awesome. read more

I have seen the way the manager, Jamie, interacts with her staff below her and I think it's completely unprofessional and rude. The young girls at the front are always so kind and give me the best service and I don't feel like they deserve to be treated like that. Coming from a person who was a a manger, I feel it is KEY to respect and value the people below you who keep the place running. Authority is not tyranny and Jamie should really humble herself. I have come into the greenfield EOS fitness as a guest many times, and I would 10/10 recommended any and all to this gym! They atmosphere is so amazing, you never feel pressured or like you have eyes on you, they keep up with all maintenance and keep the gym very clean. On top of the over all working of the gym the front desk is amazing, I love their employee Logan she always has a vibe of happiness and satisfaction, it is very impressive to see that someone genuinely loves their job, she goes the extra mile to push in a quick conversation and makes your overall experience that much better. read more

Amazing Gym Staff is amazing and super helpful, it doesn't get better than this place here. This location is better than all the others I have visited, staff works extremely hard and deserves better rating, if you have a question they answer without hesitation, and are really nice, personally my favorite gym in the state of Arizona, and I've been to a lot, I work out and build my body as a passion and the gym will help you with nearly anything. So last night I dropped my phone inside of the stair master and 2 of the ladies that worked there (one on of which was actually there working out off the clock names Logan) took the time to take the machine apart and find it. I really appreciate the kindness and humor that they showed even though it was an extremely annoying and time consuming situation. AMAZING customer service and attitudes. I don't remember the other lady's name but she was front desk yesterday night!!! I'll also add in that this is by far my favorite location as it is new, CLEAN, and the environment is unbeatable. read more

One morning I was taking my 2-year-old to the Kid Zone when he urgently needed to use the restroom. We were clearly in a rush, but the front desk employee stopped me and insisted I scan a QR code before letting us pass. The interaction felt unnecessarily strict and passive-aggressive. If I didn't have a membership, I wouldn't even be able to use the Kid Zone, so the situation could have been handled with a little more understanding given that I was trying to help my child get to the restroom. What made the experience worse was the tone. It felt like a scene was made in front of my child over something that could have been handled calmly and quickly. For a gym that charges close to $50 a month, I would expect a higher level of customer service and basic courtesy. I spoke with someone at the register afterward and was told the manager would be informed, but it has been over two weeks and I haven't received any follow-up or apology. Between that experience and the already high membership price (especially considering the sauna often smells unpleasant), I decided to cancel my membership. I'm very disappointed and will be going to a different gym moving forward. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location based on my experience.

I felt totally welcome by both them and the regulars. They pushed me enough when I was slacking a little and also helped educate me when I was doing something wrong. It was an open environment that felt ok to be myself, and try things without feeling pressured or embarrassed. I highly recommend this place. Very clean, open, inviting, and lots and lots of classes to work with my schedule. Probably the best gym I've ever been to.
