In the midst of the COVID-19 lockdowns, I found this to be very challenging and frustrating. Many groomers I contacted were either booked 4-6 weeks in advance and/or not accepting new clients. K&S returned my call early the next morning, and were able to take her within the hour!!! She was severely over grown and matted, they did a wonderful summer cut on her and When compared to my old groomer (who I repeat key got poor quality cuts from) and who significantly up charged for any matting......K&S was more than reasonably priced.
