The day before when I called - I did finally get an automated message that no one could take my call and could I please leave a message after the tone - only to then be told that the users voice mail box was full and could not accept any messages. Also f you want to make an appointment you must do it online and during that process you must create an account with a third party service provider for the clinic so - you know now data about you is being stored by some company you don't know and is another point at which your identity could be hacked. The website provides the phone number maze as the only means of contacting the clinic and all of this is what this group of practitioners probably believe is great access to health care. I'm leaving the clinic and my Dr and will never recommend this clinic to anyone searching for an accessible health care provider. The people at the clinic may all be great at their jobs - I don't know - I never got past the gatekeeper. Apparently being one of their patients doesn't necessarily mean you'll be cared for.

I had to go here last week because my own doctor was out sick and I woke up with an ear infection on top of the cold/flu I was battling. Yay me. This is a relatively new walk in clinic so the decor is modern and doesn't feel stale and hospital-ish. The front desk staff are super kind and friendly. My wait wasn't too bad, about 45 minutes mid-afternoon, and the doctor I saw (Dr Lau) was very nice. A quick peek at my ear, a RX later and I was out the door. There is a pharmacy on site as well, so you can get prescriptions filled right away if desired. This clinic is definitely on my short list of recommendations.

My husband is mysteriously exhibiting symptoms of a neurological issue and Dr. Ibeme shows concern and care with regards to my husband. Staff are friendly. Dr. Ibeme expects patients to work WITH him in improving their health. He knows his patients by name and I just love his smile. A very sincere and empathetic human being. I have attended all my husband's appts with him so I got to see this first hand. So when it was time for me to find a doctor due to a recent cardiac occurrence, I could have let the hospital find me a family doctor but I asked them to let me find one. I applied to Dr. Ibeme as a patient because I feel very comfortable with him (he's very personable) and had my first appointment with him today. I'm typically a nervous person at the doctor's (previous experiences of feeling judged "quit smoking, lose weight, exercise" and 5 mins later, out of office) but Dr. Ibeme is KIND. He listens to everything you say/report and follows up with plans for health recovery and improvement. One gets the feeling that he's as invested in your health as you are. I am very encouraged that now I will now take my health seriously as I always avoided going to the doctor's unless it was very serious. I feel like I am back in control knowing I'm I'm not doing this alone.

Ezapue is the laziest, most useless doctor I have ever come across. I've have fired several…read morephysicians for less and if he was mine, he would've been added to that list a long time ago. First, he denied a family member a referral to an internist to address her uncontrolled BP. She ended up getting the referral they needed through the ER when her kidneys started to shut down. She got a two-fer - she got a nephrologist too. Turns out she has stage 4 kidney disease and only about 2 years before she is going to need dialysis or a transplant. No big deal, right? Another family member hasn't heard from Ezapue for years. Not even through their cancer. They recently received a lab requisition randomly in the mail for some bloodwork for his HBP. The follow up was simply a message through email or text with some comments. That's it. Didn't even check in about his current blood pressure or overall health. It was clearly nothing more than padding his billing. This is not relative to the state of Ontario healthcare. This is a single clinic more concerned with money than actually providing medical care.

I showed up on time on the correct date, but apparently the poorly-mannered receptionist booked my appointment for the wrong date. I enquired whether Dr. Atker had 10 minutes to meet quickly since it was an administration error and I took the afternoon off work to be present. After sitting in the waiting room for over 40 min was told the the doctor would be unable to see me today. I will be catching up on tomorrow's work day while looking for a new family physician. Overall, incredibly unimpressed! If you are looking for a new family physician expect minimal service from Sunningdale Health & Wellness Centre.

Yet all the staff here, from the administrative team, to the pharmacist, to the absolutely incredible Dr. Benn, were so kind and welcoming! Dr. Benn is without a question the best physician I have ever had the privilege of engaging with. Despite a short appointment, she took a considerable interest in who I was as her patient. During follow up appointments she was not only kind, but actually remembered non-clinical conversations we had weeks prior (i.e. she must have actually cared enough to remember, because they would not have been relevant enough to be written in the patient chart). And I mustn't be the only person who thinks so, as when I joked with the administrative team that I would like her as my general practitioner I was told I would be "added to the list" because many many others also loved her enough to wish they could have her as their primary doctor. If you have a medical need that the team here can help with, I would not hesitate to making them your first stop. You will not regret it.
