I highly recommend Dr. Beil, I am so happy with my results. I do not want to overshare on what I…read morehad done as my experience was personal like many patients. Meeting Dr. Beil I was nervous, i read a lot of reviews on line that you HAVE to be 100% confident and comfortable with your surgeon.. I am not sure how that is possible when you meet with them only for about an hour or two collectively before they cut you open... i am not comfortable with anyone after an hour but maybe that's just my personality... Basically i was super nervous the day of my surgery... However, I saw enough before and after photos I did my research and I was as comfortable I think as I possibly could be before going in. I would say now that I have had the surgery i am 100% confident and comfortable with Dr. Beil. I am a seeing is believing type of girl. I hope this review helps anyone who is also nervous.. or is wondering who their surgeon should be. Dr. Beil is literally amazing, he gave me EXACTLY what i asked for but he didn't over promise me any thing. Has a great bed side manner and was very respectful. I would refer all my friends and family to him. and if i want to get another procedure down the line, i would fly across the country to have him do it. If you have any questions feel free to message me here! Highly Highly recommended. Thanks again CPRS!!!!

As this was my first attempt to visit a plastic surgeon for physical "up-grades," I relied on the…read morerecommendations from some of my established medical professionals. Their medical experiences allowed me to feel comfortable with the one that they all focused on. So Dr. Richard Beil was definitely my choice. The Center for Plastic Reconstructive Surgery is conveniently located on the 5th floor of the Reichert Building in the St. Joseph Hospital campus area (between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti). It was close for me and that's where I headed with my husband accompanying me. My initial appointment was very positive. The staff (receptionist, financial office, nursing personnel and other support employees) are really welcoming, conversant, knowledgeable as they answered my many questions. The waiting room is quiet and orderly. The appointments are kept on-schedule. I had introductions to nursing staff who ushered me to this new world of repair after breast cancer and now to renewals for aging issues. I was really impressed by the teamwork that Dr. Beil's staff displayed; all of them had specific, supportive comments that they each shared about their professional relationship with this doctor. That made me feel at ease, too. When I actually met with Dr. Beil I found him to be very conversant, extremely knowledgeable and analytical about given situations as he offered suggested alternatives for me to consider. He reviewed the various things that he could do, estimated costs, surgery time, healing time, scheduling pre and post op appointments that would be needed. Dr. Beil is also blessed with a sense of humor. I felt comfortable as they encouraged me to call if I needed answers for follow-up questions. On-going communication is very open. My first procedure went very smoothly. My first procedure went very smoothly. My husband and I were elated with the outcome. The post-op appointments were thorough and supportive. The staff recognized me which made me feel really welcomed. Dr. Beil continued to answer the few questions that I had. I would highly recommend anyone who might consider having any reconstructive surgery performed to contact Dr. Beil's office (see paragraph 1). He is a true professional with years of experience with positive outcomes!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My mom paid almost $3,000 for a laser treatment that was recommended to her by…read morethe esthetician (Chloe), who confidently told her it would be a "one and done" treatment. She even said that if any dark spots remained, they would be taken care of at the follow‑up appointment 4-6 weeks later. She made it sound like the results would be amazing once the skin peeled and healed, so we trusted her. After the first treatment, my mom's forehead and chin looked a bit brighter, but the dark spots on her cheeks were still exactly the same--no improvement at all. I reassured my mom that it would be okay because they had promised to treat any remaining spots at the follow‑up. But when she went to her follow‑up appointment today, they suddenly changed the story. They told her that treating both cheeks was not included, and that the follow‑up only covered one small freckle on each side. They then tried to sell her another full treatment for the cheeks--after the first one didn't work in the first place. When I reminded the esthetician that she had said "one and done," she backtracked and claimed that "one and done" sometimes means up to three treatments--something she never mentioned before taking my mom's money. This feels like a scam. They expect my mom to keep paying thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't deliver the results they promised. Quality treatments are worth the price when they actually work, but this place did not deliver what they sold us. Don't waste your money here. We regret trusting them.

Let's get this straight, whomever tried to deflect and defend the inept providers that saw ne post…read moreop, and your office providing "countless hours of unpaid services" to me, you're out of your minds! We've(spouse and I)spent thousands upon thousands at your clinic just to end with your surgeon causing more damage, and damage to areas/structures that I never had prior to your office treatments, so go ahead and continue this denial on a platform that was meant for patients to share experiences, not for your office to deny, negate, and deflect what's my own experience. How unprofessional! Show some responsibility! Koltz's last procedure, which he suggested, a "pan fat graft"..... was to have been the second suggestion prior to a previous "expensive" procedure he performed..... help restore volume in areas that were damaged by inappropriate use of Kybella, not by his practice, I'll add. Many other competent physicians said "fat grafting" was NOT the best choice for my treatment....but rather, biostimulators. This would have prevented the jaw damage Koltz caused! In order/my experience: Dr. Koltz initially said, "a lower face lift would help my issues".....and keep in mind, my jawline was fine prior to his lift....the lift was suggested to help with Kybella damage. I had the lift, and this did not help. Secondly, Dr. Koltz then suggested the dreadful fat graft. He misplaced fat and caused additional damage to my previous injured trigeminal branch. My spouse and I had to pay 5k or more for Koltz to try and fix his own mistakes from the overpriced fat graft. I've been in pain for 2 yrs now, daily, because of his last procedure...which is now costing us even more thousands of dollars to try and stop the constant pain and to help rid fatty pockets from Dr. Koltz's poorly placed fat graft. When brought to the surgeon's attention, he acted as though all looked fine, and he said those fatty pockets may be fat that had died off. Now, a female surgeon will try to see what she can do with this mess. I am dealing with not only nerve pain that had been in remission since 2015... but he's damaged my jaw now and again, I'vebeen in daily pain since July 5th, 2023. Dr. Koltz said...."Here, and I must have a different view regarding beauty." Anyone in aesthetics should know that placement of fat bellow the malar area, is not suggested in patients over 45, so a biostimulator would actually have been the best option. Telling a patient to wait a year for certain swelling to subside is a bit bizarre. Odd, this is the amount of time one has to seek financial reimbursement for damages. Post care was awful! You can not run a practice with just all NPs for post-op, especially ones that are not trained well....in the least. For example, one NP tried to scrub off my stitches.....thinking it was just some blood! If she'd have looked at my chart, she would have seen that these few stitches were meant to stay there for a few more weeks. In addition, I had to go back 4xs because of the office's NPs not removing the stitches that needed to come out....and they left them in only to have that area become red, painful, and with an accumulation of puss. Finally, my office surgical notes were very inaccurate, and there's even a treatment/ surgical note that I never received, so my spouse and I do not know why the notes are very inaccurate. Many new practitioners have said my issues should have been handled with biostimulators and not actual surgeries, so we are now out of thousands and are left with more damage to me than when I initially saw this physician. Instead of opening up more and more clinics, Dr. Koltz needs to be present, especially first post op, to access his own work. Please do not negate a patient's personal experience/experiences with your clinic! You were not present during post ops to even view some of your inexperienced NPs! Having to return 4xs for a complete removal of stitches is rather irresponsible on your clinic's part, and to have one NP try to scrub off sutures that clearly needed to stay intact, shows the lack of chart review. Furthermore, I was definitely NOT abandoned by other local practitioners! Your statement borders HIPPA violations! I sought Dr. Koltz and his help because of referrals from some of his current patients at the time of my first visit with him. The most professional words your clinic should provide are "I'm sorry for your experiences with our clinic." Again, thousands of dollars were spent, and with all the additional damage to my jaw, at the very least, one should take on board a real and genuine review. An exemplary practice would not act as such.
