I have never seen a pizza restaurant that has such a wide variety of pizzas for vegetarian and vegan's. All of the pizzas I tried during my visit, including the vegan spec pizza and the vegetarian farm to table pizza, had a heaping helping of toppings, a great sauce, and a spectacular and satisfying crust. There are also lots of interesting drink options, including a very nice 0% Pilsner beer. Especially during coronavirus, if you are looking to grab a quick bite while sitting outdoors or takeout back to your own place, I would strongly recommend mono pizza. Parking can be a little bit difficult because of the small size of the lot out front, but you might be able to park along nearby streets or just walk since the city of Darmstadt is not too large.
