I have done four different projects with Ariana and cannot overstate how incredible her eye for design is. She was able to perfectly take what I described to her over our preliminary call and get the perfect concepts together through a very engaging, thorough and FUN process. The process takes time, so buckle up and be patient. But the wait is worth the finished product! She is the first designer I've ever worked with and made me feel very comfortable and at ease the entire time. By the time I reached out for my last project, I knew what to expect and felt very confident in the process. It's disappointing to share this feedback. Ariana has undeniable talent and an exceptional eye for design--my daughter's room looks beautiful. Unfortunately, significant operational issues overshadowed the creative success: communication was great until I noted that my daughter's bed hadn't arrived as discussed. In addition, I was overcharged for several items, payments were collected by Ariana from me for bedding and a bed that, per later confirmation with the vendor, were never ordered. Despite months of outreach--including her assistant's recent acknowledgment of one issue--no refund has been issued for the unfulfilled purchases or overcharges, and Ariana still has not bothered to reply. As the principal of the business, I expected a more proactive approach to resolving these very serious issues. Sadly, and while I hoped to avoid it, I will have to take further steps. read more

After my original review, Ariana finally ordered the tiles six months after we paid for them. Thankfully, we were eventually refunded, and Ariana kept us in the loop through that process. The refund was made possible because of the supplier's willingness to help resolve the situation. read more

We ended up negotiating a partial monetary settlement with Ariana, so I give her some credit for that. However the process of getting there was quite painful. I would strongly advise anyone choosing to work with Ariana to avoid using her to source any material for your project. read more

The service provided by Ariana was more than we could even imagine. We have a living room that has a very interesting and unique layout with ceilings that go up as high as 20 feet. We have been to two separate designers that could not provide us designing assistance since our layout is very unique. We contacted Ariana and immediately that same day, she contacted me and we set up a consultation. This was in the midst of Covid so we did our meetings virtually. Once she got to know our personalities and style a bit more, she reviewed some of our design interests that we pulled up from online and she pulled up pieces that matched our style and made sure to work within our budget. At some point, she came into our space to measure everything out and shared an electronic lay out / mock up Of what she envisioned for the room. We met for about three other times to ensure that we chose every single piece that really excited us! Ariana was so open to guidance, changes, and updates and didn't show resistance. We ended up shopping at large retailers for every single piece in the living room and shop smaller businesses for our chandelier, painting, and some decor. We would absolutely recommend Ariana services and will use her in the future. She was very professional, prompt, and easy to talk to. We can rely on her for design services in the future! read more

I went on a search for the exact right person to "get me and my vibe" to re-imagine my living room. Imagine trying to weave "ocean/beach/water-person meeting 4 generation Iowa and proud of it" all together? :) Coming out of the "covid era", it was feeling heavy, dark, cluttered and I needed to give it a bright and relaxing space. Looking at Ariana's work online, she is not afraid of color and a combination of themes to envision one cohesive space. I was also dealing with 14' ceilings, so it was important to bring it all together. My instincts to choose Ariana were accurate. We meshed well from personality to creative vision. She listened, provided great options...and if I had a particular space or piece in mind, she would provide honest feedback and ultimately looked for ways to make it all work. We absolutely love Ariana! She is talented, patient, and generally incredibly capable at translating vague ideas in our head into tangible samples to choose from. She was also able to vary options to work within our budget and was always prompt even though we live quite a bit outside of LA proper. Ariana is wonderful! We have had the pleasure of working with her to help furnish and design several rooms in our home. She is easy to work with, thoughtful, listens carefully and asks good questions. She obtained our feedback and introduced us to amazing design options. We love every part of our home that she helped design. She beautifully blended our living and dining rooms with furniture, an awesome chandelier, rugs, curtains and artwork. She also helped us select tile for our remodeled master bathroom and created a spa-like feel. For the next project, she created a cozy and welcoming family room. She filled the small room with a perfectly sized sectional, coffee table, rug, bookcase, curtains, and tv console. It's a functional and cozy tv room for the entire family, and looks great. Most recently, she helped us with patio furniture. We now have an outdoor dining area and great seating area, complete with outdoor rugs and pillows. In all the projects, she introduced us to new themes and colors and always made sure we we happy with our selections and choices. And, importantly, she was always mindful of the budget that we provided at the start of each project. She somehow was able to work within our range.
