I found Tranquility tucked away a block from Flagler Beach. It's a cute little place with a young (early 30's?) owner. I came in for a cut and highlights- brightening up my look as I was getting married in a week. The girls working were young and pretty, with well-kept hair but not that over-processed, over-attended hairdresser hair. The anxiety of a new salon melted away and I felt comfortable and confident I'd get a good cut here. I was booked with Ashlee, who cut and colored my hair perfectly and with ease and confidence.
